Update: called back the next morning and the manager Blanca offered to fix my hair. I hurried over before leaving town and she repaired the mess that was done to my hair. Because of the other lady, It was straight on the right side, slanted in the back and two different lengths on the left. She mentioned the lady that cut my hair said I wanted a slanted cut. Well, her employee *lied* to her cause I specifically told her I wanted a simple straight bob. Even if I did want a slanted cut, in what world does that mean straight and slanted in 4 different lengths?! Anyway, the manager was friendly and gave me the perfect cut even though she had to trim it shorter than I initially wanted it, but it was necessary to fix it. Couldn't be mad at her, not her fault another employee rushed through my hair and didn't care enough to make sure it was even. While I'm glad she fixed it, I still won't be returning. Which is a shame cause I used to get my hair done here all the time years ago when I worked nearby. Added one Star since the manager made things right. Had some issues reserving my appointment time on the website. Kept getting an error so I just walked in. They said my time did go through and I was next. I wanted my bob trimmed & re-shaved in the back. I believe it was the supervisor on duty that cut my hair. She asked if I wanted shampoo and condition, I said yes so the shaved bits would be shampooed away from my hair. She sprayed down my hair then cut it at the right length I wanted. She showed me the back to make sure it was short enough. during the shampoo she asked if I would like a blowdry & style, I said yes but she said she didn't have time cause she wanted to TAKE ANOTHER CUSTOMER to do a hair cut on him. What?! Why? I was there first. Asked me to wait 20 min so she could cut his hair then finish mine! I didn't want to sit around w/ wet hair so I declined. Stylist are always a hit and miss and to top it off you always get someone new, for some reason they can hang on to employees here. The wait and the customer service are the worse! Even if you call in ahead you are bound to wait at least 40min after your estimated wait time. I always try to give places a second,third chance and this specific time lace has always been bad! Let me preface this by saying that I have been getting my hair professionally highlighted and colored since I was a preteen and am now 29. Also, please note the pictures I have included. I wish I could include the sinking feeling I have walking in public but my lengthy review will have to do. I am naturally blonde but have enjoyed keeping my hair super light with some slightly darker (medium brown) undertones... or as I was informed by one of the stylists are "low lights." Well, I showed them 4 pictures of extremely blonde hair as the reference for how light I wanted my hair and one photo with the blonde & slightly contrasted shades alongside the blonde. Long story short, my hair turned out way darker than when I walked in. It is currently a light brown from the light blonde that I was. I was charged $220+tip for a bunch of stuff I didn't agree to (deep treatments and 2 other things that were never explained to me). I was so upset that I couldn't formulate my questions right and every single girl who worked there made me feel worse by saying that it was my fault for getting low lights, that THAT is the reason my hair is now brown. No one had a consultation with me. No one showed me a sample of what colors they would be using. No one told me prices and when I asked, the response was "we'll have to see..." they made me feel so bad for coming in at 3:45p on a Saturday, too. (I left at about 7:15) I felt unbelievably uncomfortable because they made t known that they were so busy and that their manager who scheduled my appointment messed up by saying okay to me. Two girls worked on my hair but neither of them told me what they were going to do. Then EVERY SINGLE GIRL was rude, defensive, and accusatory towards me about how dark my hair turned out. I feel so gross about how my hair looks (even though they kept saying "it's beautiful! It's beautiful")... I can't come back to have it "fixed" because I will be undergoing a surgery and out of commission for 3 weeks (which is after the amount of time that they will fix it)... and they won't refund me for the insane amount of "extras" that they added to my bill without my knowledge. I wouldn't have agreed to paying it in the beginning if I wasn't told that the manager could probably refund a portion of the bill and if it wasn't past closing when i left (I was so disappointed and shooken up that I couldn't even argue the price with them.). Just be extreeeemely careful if you have naturally light hair and want highlights. I can't get over how poorly these people treated me. From beginning to end I felt uncomfortable then disappointed and now like someone stole from me. I usually spend my money on high end salons like Luigi Bruni in Michigan and Charles Ifergan Salon in Chicago but this is my mistake for trusting a low grade hair place like SuperCuts. And when I mentioned what my cousin (Miriah from Charles Ifergan salon) said about this places process, the rude manager, Blanca, shut me down and said that everyone does hair differently so her opinion doesn't matter. Well, hers does considering she's a upstanding colorist that makes SuperCuts look like the lowest grade hair establishment. Don't go here. If they make a mistake you will have to pay... quite literally... and you will pay the price of an actual upscale salon that makes you feel good about yourself... now embarrassed. read more

You make an apt so you DONT have to wait and you are made wait 10 minutes (not bad) then told it will be another 15/20. Ugh!

Place is clean. They are lacking customer service. Neck trim for guys its $8. If you decide to blend in while doing the neck trim, proce automatically goes up to $21. Including shampoo is $25. If you decide to ask yhem to style your hair its extra. On top of $25. I wanted to shampoo my hair and the person helped me said we will not dry your hair, and she added we will blow dry it so its little wet. I cant believe they charge people $25 dollors to shampoo and NOT DRY CUSTOMERS HAIR? Its RIDICULOUS. I would choose different hair salon or barber shop if you want trim or buzzed on the sides. Overall, place clean, staff customer service is beyond lacking representing supercuts name. read more

I don't get all the people hating on this place. If you expect/desire a really fancy haircut, don't go somewhere that charges $20 for a haircut! But if you're like me, and you get the same exact haircut every time, and it's a simple, quick job, you're in good hands here. Maria does an excellent job on my hair every time--I won't even take an appointment with anyone else! If Maria's off duty, I'll wait til she's on, and come back then. Only docking the store one star for cleanliness--there are a few corners in the store that appear to have hair in them from like 2013. But it ain't like it's a restaurant, so who really cares? Horrible service Celia is a horrible rude stylist if you can call her that , she has no manner she is rude to her customers especially if young , my son went in to get a cut he asked for a 2 then decided for a one she right away said w an attitude an intimidating tone " you asked for a 2 " sideburns?????long or short ? So i always come to either this one or the one on lakewood. The lady at,reception is a thin light skin girl didnt get her name but same story everytime. She always inflates the time and give u a 30+ mintute lead time u,get back in 15 minutes and she said its going to be another 45 minutes we already called ur name. So in all honesty I've been getting decent hair cuts here for years. I could have easily given a four star review for past hair cuts. The problem is that in my experience Blanca is the one person there that A) does a good job of cutting hair and B) listens to what the customer wants. Today was the second time I've come out with a hair cut that has me looking ready for the Armed Forces recruitment center next door. Not coincidentally, it was the same woman who messed it up last time. I typically only get my hair cut if Blanca or Monica are there. Poor planning on my part because I did not call ahead and today was the only day I could come by this week. I recognized the woman but I figured I would be very explicit about what I wanted and most importantly what I didn't want. It did not matter. She was on auto pilot and just went to town. When I told her it was not to my satisfaction her response was "this is what you told me you wanted". (I am keeping this review to the quality of the hair cut. If I start on the lack of customer service and overall lack of professionalism I would be in the negative stars territory.) Even after expressing my disaffection with how much was cut in excess of what I wanted and being explicit about how I wanted the rest of the cut to go she still gave me a cut that Uncle Sam would be proud of. Instead of checking-in with me as she went along, she proceeded to cut as she interpreted and again insist that it was what I asked for. Maybe if some of the women that work here would spend a little less time complaining about their absent co-workers and answering phone calls in the middle of a hair cut, they would actually hear what the customer asked for. It's not a good sign when you have to tell yourself "it's only hair, it will grow back..." I am holding back the name of the person that did this because she's not the only one guilty of this. There is a tall, older woman there, who screwed up his flat top one time, but she did an excellent job on his last hair cut, cut it just the way he wanted it. I love this spot! I keep my hair super short with a tight fade and let me just say Blanca can get that done in a quarter of the time it use to take my barber to do it. I always check in on-line cause it's easier to reserve your spot. With the reservation I may wait no more than 5 minuets once I arrive. Keep in mind, this place is always BUSY, which speaks volumes at how good these girls are. In addition to the good service, it's always a good time chatting with these girls. They are all super cool and funny but most importantly efficient. I've now turned several friends (male & female) on to this spot. So far we've all been good. Very disappointed I do not recommend this place. I came here looking to get a blunt over the shoulder haircut and I ended up with a mushroom bob. Not only is it not what I asked for but it's also very uneven. Now I have to wait until my hair grows out to recut it. I believe the lady that cut it was named Ana but I have to double check. My hair is curly and I didn't notice how uneven it was until I got home to straighten it. Now I'm stuck with a mushroom head. I rated 2 stars because she was friendly and minimal wait time but the cut she gave me is really bad. If you must go to this location I would suggest a different stylist for this type of cut. Came here because my regular place closed sooner than usual. The hair cut was for my daughter. She was called up 10 minutes after we walked in. The older lady took her and my daughter said she asked her if she had lice. How rude! My kids have NEVER had lice. Is she new to the hair cutting business? I was told that I could get a "Retouch" of color for my balayage from the women that work here, I was so excited to go the following week, turns out I go, wait for one hour, and different staff lady sat me down and was asking me all these questions about my retouch that I wanted done. I was already confused. And the other women that told me to get my retouch didn't even bother to see or explain to the other lady what I needed! Finally after much discussion with this old women...I was told I needed to go back to the other place I got my balayage done....she couldn't help me because she doesn't know what color to use....I left so upset.
