I waited for them to open at 10am hoping she did not have a 10am appointment. I was greeted by Ana. Ana was very friendly and professional. I anticipated some push back because my appointment was 1 hour before they opened but she did not make me feel bad nor guilty. Her positivity was accompanied with a genuine smile. She didn't get a text confirmation so she called to double check. Ana absolutely covered all the bases. I failed at each point to confirm my appointment. With that being said, she took me at 10am. She is an expert at her specialty because I brought nothing to reference for the cut I envisioned. Only through conversation did she nail the style. Of course I was happy with the wash, cut and style but Ana is definitely a people person. I can tell she'll match your vibe, go in happy

My hair is short and very thin, so I was honestly shocked when I was charged $175. I've never paid that much for such a basic service before. What made it worse was that when I got home and checked my hair with a mirror, I noticed I was left with dye stains all over the back of my neck/back. For the price I paid, I expected much better attention to detail and a cleaner service. Very disappointed with my experience and unfortunately I won't be returning.

He takes many customers at a time. He had like 4 customers. He kept asking customers to move chairs to make space for others. No personal service at all. My appointment was at 12:30pm and he didn't sit me on the hair until 1pm. My mom asked for a root retouch up for a light brown color and he put a red/orange color on her roots. He moved her chairs 4 times and when she was at the washing station, he left her there for a hour while he was blow drying other customers hair. He didn't put any conditioner or heat protector when drying my mom's hair. He quickly dried her hair to rush to wash other customer's hair. He didn't even show my mom the final look. She had to ask for a mirror. When she mentioned the color was not brown he just said well your blonde. My mom has dark brown hair in roots! She is not blonde. She left the salon with orange stains on her forehead and ears. Overall, terrible service! I will never go back!!

Please do yourself a favor and do not go here. My mom went in to get her hair dyed and came out…read morewith severely damaged hair--literally burned off. The result was so bad it looked like a DIY disaster, not something she paid $300 for. Yes, $300 for what can only be described as a hair tragedy. The quality of the dye job was abysmal, and the service was just as bad. Any professional with an ounce of integrity would have been embarrassed to charge even a dollar for the mess they created. Instead, they took hundreds and ruined her hair. Update - 6/28/25: I've added two photos that show just how awful the color came out. When we raised concerns, Mary--the stylist--claimed that unless your hair is "virgin" (i.e., never dyed), there's no guarantee for good results. That's a ridiculous excuse for botched work. If your stylist can't work with previously dyed hair, they shouldn't be offering color services at all. If you value your hair, your money, or even just basic respect--go somewhere else.

Unfortunately, my experience this past Tuesday was extremely disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 pm. I arrived on time, but there was no one at the front desk, and a few stylists assumed I was a walk-in. The stylist who was supposed to do my pixie cut was still with another client, blow-drying her sopping wet bob-length hair, and didn't acknowledge me for quite a while. When he finally did, he said he would be finished in 15 minutes. I told him if it would take longer, I would rather not wait, especially since I had driven 35 minutes from Orange County (one way). I left briefly and came back at 3:15 pm, but he was still with the same client. A professional would have communicated a delay and respected the client's time. By 3:21 pm, when I decided to leave, he was still styling her hair with no end in sight. Meanwhile, another employee attempted to divert me by offering a shampoo. She handed me a robe that was far too small and insisted I wear it, even though I explained I didn't mind hair falling on my clothes since I was going to the gym afterward. I also mentioned my long drive, and she responded with an insincere comment about how "beautiful" the 91 freeway is--something that felt dismissive and patronizing. As she led me to the shampoo area, she rolled her eyes and made faces to a coworker. At that point, I stood up, told her not to make faces, and informed the stylist I was canceling my appointment. The entire atmosphere felt unprofessional and immature--more like a schoolyard than a salon. There was no customer service, no apology, and no manager present to address the situation. I genuinely feel bad for the salon owner, who may not even be aware of how poorly NEW clients are being treated.
