I missed my appointment because I didn't catch that the automated confirmation text required a confirmation response. I waited for them to open at 10am hoping she did not have a 10am appointment. I was greeted by Ana. Ana was very friendly and professional. I anticipated some push back because my appointment was 1 hour before they opened but she did not make me feel bad nor guilty. Her positivity was accompanied with a genuine smile. She didn't get a text confirmation so she called to double check. Ana absolutely covered all the bases. I met Ana at another salon years ago. At my first visit to that salon, there was a misunderstanding with the receptionist when I made the appointment, so Ana thought I wanted a quick service, but the service I told the receptionist was easily 4+ hours. I told her I could come back another day but she rearranged her whole schedule for me so I wouldn't have to. (I saw her do this for another person on my second visit to that salon too). I was happy to follow Ana to her new salon! She does an amazing job!! She takes her time to make sure everything is as perfect as possible. I did not get the stylists name, but she 100% destroyed the fade cut I asked for. When I went to another stylist, they thought it was so bad that I had done it myself. I had to swear up and down that it was a paid haircut by a professional. I paid $30, and granted, I should have checked the cut out before walking out but I didn't realize the mess she had done until I wore my hair up at work the next day and my coworker pointed out how awful my cut was. The new owner, Ana, is really nice. I went in February 17, 2023 with my mom for a haircut and to ask about a possible new color that I wanted. She took time to explain the process and offered to do it that same day even though my appointment was only for a haircut. I am so happy that I did it and loved the way the color came out. I also appreciated that they listened to my needs and gave me honest advice. This was a much better experience than the first two times we went because the previous owners were never friendly to us. While the beautician is a lovely person, do not allow her to cut your hair. The first time was fine. The second time was so so. Yesterday was horrible. I've waited over a week to write this review in hopes that my hair would improve. I went in knowing that what I wanted would take more than one session to achieve. The hairdresser that did my hair decided on her own that she would skip multiple steps and "give me what I wanted". I never wanted purple and yellow hair or for the hairdresser to tell me she doesn't see any mistakes but the owner of the salon did. My hair is so damaged it literally breaks off when I try and run my fingers through my hair forget about brushing it or I would literally have no hair left. Do yourself a favor and don't come to this scam of a salon. Not only will you be spending $400 for a single process hair color but you will be wasting 6 hours of your day as well. read more

I came in today for a hair cut, a completely new style for myself as I feel like my hair is lacking volume and needs a little something, I wanted shorter layers, some face framing and some curtain bangs as my hair is pretty thin. When I got in the lady helping me, I think Ana?, told me that longer layers were the way to go but I still really wanted shorter layers so we kinda met in the middle and said mid length layers. I didn't opt for a shampoo, just a spray wet cut, but I feel like my hair looks exactly the same after going home and styling it. I'm a little disappointed that I paid for something that I had in the first place, it doesn't even look shorter it looks practically the same and flatter, less voluminous than it was before. She did blow dry my bangs somewhat, but seeing as I was the only client the entire time I was there, I'm sure she could've styled it a little to make me feel more confident in her work. The ladies were nice, but unless they can fix this, I don't think I will be going back or recommending. read more

Made the mistake of bringing my daughter here for a haircut. Called at noon to check if they had any appts available. Asked for something after 5, to accommodate my work schedule. Was told that was too late and the last appt possible would be at 5. Made arrangements to leave work early to make the 5pm appt. Arrived at the salon on time, walked in and was barely greeted. I let them know I called and had a 5pm appt. Sat down to wait. We sat and waited 47 minutes for someone to help us. I say someone, because she never introduced herself or asked our names etc. We were told by a different stylist that she was running a little behind and once she was done with another clients root coloring, she would take us. 47 minutes. The stylist who helped my daughter put her in the chair, sprayed her hair down and did a cut in 5 minutes. Parted her hair in 4 sections and cut it straight across. No style, no shape, no shampoo, no drying, no curling - NOTHING. I watched her push my daughters head around to position her- not gently either. And then she grabbed her by the arms to lift her off the chair. My daughter later told me her long nails pinched her arms when she squeezed her. Had I know this it would have definitely been a different outcome. She didn't even speak to us rather walked her over to the front cashier and walked away, leaving us to pay. $27 for the crappiest haircut she's ever had. I gladly pay $40+ for a real hair stylist and cut. I should have been patient and waited for our regular salon to have an opening. My daughter was so unhappy and told me she never wants to go back to this place again. When I mentioned to the girl working the register that I have never received service where they send you out of the salon with wet, unwashed hair- she said if we wanted that I needed to request it ahead of time. I was shocked. I can't believe I even tipped, when we should have just left. read more

She took me in for an appointment after my workday (4pm) and worked on my hair well after they closed. She did not rush me. She took her time and curled my hair and completed my hair carefully. The team was honest with me from the beginning about what they could do for my hair and took the time to answer my questions. I had gone in for a consultation and I had quite a few questions... I appreciated the team's willingness to listen. During COVID times you do not have to worry... they distance and masks are ON at all times. I felt comfortable and it was a clean environment. The color of my hair was just perfect. That is rare!! Maely is truly a talented colorist and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to friends and family. I am so disappointed with my hair and I feel cheated for what I paid for as the results I got were pretty bad. I came in for brown color and asked if it was possible to leave me two thick blonde pieces in the front of my facial frame but I got highlights on my bangs instead . On top of that my bangs are a different color from the rest of my hair and my bangs look like I cut them myself. I paid $130 and now I literally have to make another appointment at another salon for someone to fix me :( I'm really embarrassed to even wear my bangs out I have to pin them with a Bobby pin and to top it off my hair broke off read more
