The knocking sounds were very quiet, and I honestly did not believe it would be possible to find the problem. But these guys were able to find it, and I am very happy. Thank you very much to them. It took longer than expected, but that is completely understandable for such a complicated diagnostic like mine.

It took me no more than one minute to see that they were way overcharging me for aftermarket parts. I then decided to call the dealer (most expensive parts you can buy) and in fact found out that I could get an original dealer part for less expensive than they were charging me for a cheap aftermarket part I encourage you to Google your estimate and see this for yourself before getting any work done here Another misleading thing was the manager up front seem to know absolutely nothing about cars or the automotive industry don't think that's a confidence builder to want to get my car repaired at a shop where the manager up front knows nothing about automotive repair. It did need some repairs but he let me know which services were most important and which I could wait on. I found him to be very honest and accommodating. I was honestly stressed out and wasn't sure what to do. A friend told me about this shop, so I decided to get a second opinion. That was the best decision I could have made. The staff took their time to go through everything with me and explained each service in a way that actually made sense. They were honest, professional, and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. They completed the repairs using OEM-quality parts and charged much less than the dealership. The difference in price was unbelievable, and the quality of work was excellent. My Lexus is running great, and I feel much more confident knowing the work was done right. It's rare to find a shop that is both knowledgeable and trustworthy. If you're looking for honest service, fair pricing, and people who genuinely care about their customers, I highly recommend this place.
