I couldn't get a hold of any of my local smog check companies, and in some cases they didn't have a voicemail set up. Bayside quickly responded, recommended making an appointment. I was able to confirm for the next day (Saturday). I made it there for my appointment and heard the walk-in in front of me, who had to leave his car there all day. I chose to give them one more shot, there were like 10 people waiting, not sure who was first and my appointment meant nothing. After waiting I said screw it and called Bayside Smog and asked what the wait time was. Quickly answered the phone, kind, courteous and said that they could see me in 45 min or other specific times. I chose the 1:45 appt. Drove over there, automatically greeted and met in his office to give my info and get checked in. He accepted the coupon on his website which made it even cheaper than my previous place. When it was my turn, he was done with in 10 min. Excellent service! I took my 32 foot motorhome in for a smog check. The guy working was professional, friendly and fast. He did the job for me and I saw him interact with other customers while I waited (I didn't wait long). This was my first experience here since I had to find a place that would smog my motorhome, my normal smog place wouldn't do it. I was able to set up a same-day appointment. The shop itself is very easy to find with clear signage right off of the main road. Once I arrived there was no wait and was able to get in and out of there in 10 minutes. I contacted them through Yelp and paid no more than $60 out the door.
