I was able to set up a same-day appointment. The shop itself is very easy to find with clear signage right off of the main road. Once I arrived there was no wait and was able to get in and out of there in 10 minutes. I contacted them through Yelp and paid no more than $60 out the door. This is probably the best smog check experience I've ever had in terms of value. I would definitely recommend and use them again! read more

Great experience overall! I received an almost immediate response (within 5 minutes) to my Yelp Project request for an estimate. I made a same-day appointment for a few hours later. There was no wait and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes with the flat rate as quoted, including the "Yelp discount". Very courteous and efficient service. Definitely recommend. read more

Quick service. Staff willing to accommodate schedule. Will take my other car to this location in the future.

Great job. Very kind and efficient. Also best flat rate. Appointment was very easy and on time.

I have been to this place with two of my cars for smog test. The owner is amazing. Good attitude and respects his customers. He could even remember his customers. That's amazing and shows he really cares for people. The price is also affordable than other places. I will go here again for sure without giving much thought. Thank you for your upstanding service. read more

Fast and easy Smog test. Friendly service, Booked same day time. Was in and out in under 20mins. Completely satisfied.

Great experience! Efficient service with a good price! I contacted Bayside Smog hoping for a same day appt. The owner Missak Keshishian checked the schedule and said he could "squeeze me in." Yeah! When I arrived at Bayside, the owner, Missak, came out of his office, warmly greeted me and welcomed me into the office. I presented my coupon found on the Bayside Smog website for a nice discount; check it out! He confirmed my appt. and asked for my DMV paperwork so he could complete the needed documentation accurately to ensure I get my tags for the current year's DMV registration. The last time I needed a smog check, a few years back, it took 30-45 minutes. This time the entire process took less than 15 minutes. Before I knew it, I was on my way. I highly recommend Bayside Smog! Don't forget to look for your coupon online! Your turn! - You're welcome. read more

I just did a walk-in appointment and only had to wait a short time. Naqib was friendly and professional with myself and everyone else that I saw him encounter. Two other customers (before and after me) were regulars and only had good things to say about their experiences there. This was the fastest smog check I've experienced even though I had no appointment. It was also nice that he has a checkin discount through Yelp. I'll return for the next smog check! read more

Made an appt on the same day which was very quick and accommodating. Overall great customer service. Definitely recommend this place to everyone read more

They did a great job. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Also Yelp discount! Evidently this review is not long enough. I get to the point. read more

Missak is simply the best. This was a hectic year for me and I was late getting my smog test done (registration already paid on time). I ended up driving over about 30 minutes before they closed (without an appoinment) , fully prepared to be turned away. He had time!!! And he found a discount for me as well. I've gone here before but always made appointments. He was so kind, helpful, and just all around amazing. Definitely saved the day. They have a few seats indoors, and a bench outdoors if you need to wait. Safeway is across the way and you can always grab a sandwhich or something if you need to. It only took about ten minutes or so, and the price for my highlander was pretty low. Definitely always going to be the only place I come to. read more

Hey this is a great shop! My wife and I came up on our smog cert and we yelped local places. This place has 5 stars and lives up to its reputation. The owner is friendly and real. I enjoyed interacting with him. For a 'mechanic' shop this place is clean, and his office inspires confidence. Everything is posted, and he is very transparent. I'd recommend this place to get smogged if you need one! read more

Waited til the last minute to get my car's smog test before leaving town, and without having to pay late fees to the DMV. Checked Yelp and this place popped up. Pulled in on a Wednesday at 10am and was the second car. I didn't make an appointment and I was still in and out within 20 minutes! The gentleman working was so nice. He was friendly, well spoken, and explained everything to me in lay mans terms. Seriously, I'd come back simply because of how I watched him treat all of the customers. Check in to Yelp for a discount! My car passed. So I'll see ya again next year! read more

I Came here without appointment and was greeted right away. He was working with two cars ahead of me and gave me an estimated wait time which was actually pretty accurate. His price too was very competitive compared with others nearby. The entire work didnt take more than 15 minutes. And the results were forwarded right away as i was able to renew my registration a couple hours later. Basing it on the people he was interacting with that morning, i can tell that they are regular clients. It is my first time here and if ever ill need another smog test and im in the area, ill definitely visit this shop. Thanks! read more
