Stringing onsite with fast turnaround. I bought two Wilson RF01 Pros from them. they always have multiple of the same racket for serious players. They let me weigh the frames to make sure they matched and use my balance board so that I could customize them to my spec. Great people great service good atmosphere excellent selection. Manhattan Village has some of the best sporting good stores ever. I had to stop at Super Sports before I went home. They had almost ever sport good you can think of, from MMA gloves to shorts, Tennis balls, Basket balls, just to name some of the few things I saw inside. They have gym equipment that you can put inside your house or backyard. Tim was a good help in showing us the store around. I purchased some more sparring gear that I spar with at home with my friends and coworkers lol. I was happy tho good deals on equipment here too. I will come back for more. read more

Always a great experience when I visit Super Sports. I've always found everyone to be helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. On my most recent visit, I was looking for a tennis racquet to be re-gripped, a new tennis racquet for my wife and some shoes for her too. I accomplished everything in ONE visit - my racquet was regripped on the spot, we left with TWO demo racquets and a pair of K-Swiss court shoes! Thank you, Super Sports! By far and away the best sports store in our area. The big box stores have lost my business. No one is there to help you. No one knows the products. Customer Service has gone the way of the dinosaurs. But at Super Sports, the customer is family. Everyone has their product knowledge. The staff are eager to help you find the right shoe, the right racquet, or the right apparel. Also if you go ask Dick's to string your tennis racquet. The wait time is 2-3 weeks and what you get back is poorly done by someone that doesn't know your game or ask any questions or even know why you are choosing the strings you are using... I picked up pickleball in the last year and started playing competitively in a couple larger tournaments. I was using Nike tennis shoes which didn't last me very long. I had a tournament one Saturday out in Fountain Valley so thankfully this shop opened early enough for me to grab a pair of shoes. The worker even opened up the shop 5-10 minutes earlier for me and was super helpful and knowledgeable on different tennis shoes I should look into. Just from our interaction in 5 minutes I was able to pick out a shoe and head out to my tournament. I highly recommend checking out this shop as they are always stocked and give off great value! It's like that manager picks and chooses who he wants to greet. I never comment on places bc I am usually satisfied with the places I've gone to but this place... it seemed like he was working on a racquet when I came in and probably didn't see me but as soon as a man and his son come in they greet them in a split second. Not taking it personal, just observing how rude or racist they seemed to portray. Bad energy from that dusty old dude. They were my go for anything tennis...Fast-forward 32 years I got back into tennis and walked back into Supersport...it's as if we didn't miss a beat! I would say they have the best customer service and product for a tennis/sporting goods store... but that wouldnt be fully truthful... they have the best and most friendly and knowledgable customer service for any store you could ever find if you want tennis/sport gear and advice, do yourself a favor and go to Supersport The folks at super sport know how to run a business that focuses on taking care of the customer... I visited on 8/22/2021 between 11 am and noon for the purpose of browsing and seeing if they had any golf shoes. There were four employees and none of them were wearing masks. Quite funny after reading the owner's adamant responses towards a couple reviews mentioning their lack of abiding covid protocols. The owner stated they were randomly checked by the FDA - my question is what does your business have anything to do with food and drugs? Did you mean the CDC? If you'd like to refute my review, please go ahead and ban me b/c it seems like that's what you resort to doing towards negative reviewers. Anyway, the store is well organized and clean. Selection depends on what you're looking for. They mainly have apparel for various activities. Shoe selection is limited as they showcase some from a wide range of brands. Everything I saw was MSRP so if you're looking for deals, this is not the place. I assume they're catering to the crowd of Manhattan Beach - ppl with bottomless barrels of cash in their bank accounts? You're better off purchasing from direct to consumer brands since most offer online promotions throughout the year. New to playing tennis and needed a tennis racquet. I went to the store thinking I was going to buy a racquet right away. When I got there, I was asked if I wanted to take out demo racquets before I make a purchase. I didn't even know that was possible since I usually shop online or big box stores. It took me 3 weeks to find the right one for me. It's crazy how different brands, weight, head width really make a difference. Every single time my husband and I came here, everyone was so friendly it almost feel like a cool hang out spot since everyone is so welcoming. I ended up buying my tennis shoes and other tennis accessories here since I'm not about to give another shop my business when Super Sports have been outstanding. Hands down, I love this place. Very friendly staff who always try to accommodate your needs and time constraints and treat you like VIP. I have always walked out with an equally great deal and racquet. It can be difficult to find a balanced store that carries enough stock but doesn't feel too large, but Super Sport nails it as a locally owned shop. Great selection on shoes, athletic wear and racquets. They carry the latest from lines like Lucky in Love, Lija, Nike and Adidias, so it's hard not to walk out with something! Hey, it happens. I recently bought a new pair of Nike court shoes and an eyelet popped within the first week. Came back to Super Sports with my smelly shoes and, no questions asked, they swapped them out for another pair. Service with a smile. Then, it happened again! But this time around, I was playing in Nationals in Orlando and the eyelet popped as I was lacing up for one of my matches! Damn you, Nike!! As luck would have it, my girlfriend is a designer and is kinda like a sewing Ninja. She whipped out a sewing kit (everyone travels with one in their purse, right?), stitched up the eyelet, and I played the match on time! Sadly, I lost, but I can't blame the shoes :-) When I got home, I carried this second pair of smelly broken shoes into the store and once again, no questions asked... A smile, a friendly discussion about the merits of the Vapor vs. the Cage and soon enough I was walking out with my new and improved court shoes. I NEVER buy tennis gear anywhere else unless I'm out of town and it's urgent. I would shop here even if their prices were 20% higher, but that's the beauty - they're not! This place is great for anything that's tennis related. I always come here for the stringing service as the pricing are good and the turnaround is quick. They also give good advices on how to maintain or replace equipment if you are just starting out. Overall for a mom and pop shop, they definitely earned my support. A great shop for tennis. Some of the workers here have 30+ years of tennis racquet stringing experience. My father and I bought some new Yonex rackets at price that you can't beat and it included the strings. They have a really great racquet rental/demo program here. There's a ton of racquets you can try that are professional grade. But best of all, they let you demo them for free. There's a $150 deposit for each racquet you demo. When you return the racquet, they refund your credit card. We were able to rent 3 racquets that we really wanted to try. Then after we returned them, we were able to purchase new versions of our favorite demo racquets. Can't beat their selection of frames. But if you see something you like and they don't have your size, they'll gladly order it for you. Really happy with our experiences with this place. Fast and quality service at a good price--can't beat it! read more

They are dishonest and hold fake sneaker raffles and do not pick any winners. They lie about getting shoes and the shoe guy JASON ends up selling them at an up-charged price. I see you guys also argue with any negative YELP reviews and anyone who speaks down on you guys instead of understanding where people are coming from and validating their opinions.
