This review reflexes management only.. I ordered four mini chimichangas to go, when I got home to eat them they were full of cheese yuck!! I called and asked the young lady if I could get them replaced because they were full of cheese she put me on hold and came back and asked me if I had requested them with no cheese. I told her no I didn't, she put me on hold and came back and told me that the manager would not replace them because the menu said they come with cheese I said okay can you ask him if he will take half off another order she said the manager said no. Of course I hang up very upset, I run out to my car to grab the menu so I could check to see what it said of course it said nothing about having cheese in it. I called back to speak with the manager.... he had the worst attitude in the whole wide world. All he wanted to do was argue with me about the damn menu, once he figured out he was wrong I informed him that I would be there in 10 minutes to pick up my 4 steak chimichangas with no cheese he then wanted to argue with me that they only come in chicken and beef I informed him I paid extra for steak he then informed me that I didn't have to have such a bad attitude towards him... I wanted so badly to give this Super Mex 5 stars but hubby said to give 4 because he insists the chips were stale. I protest! I thought they were yummy. My cousin has been raving about the ground beef tacos for such a long time that I relented and ordered 2 with rice & beans. Ground beef tacos.....really? How gringo! Oooooooh...on the contrary, these guys put some kind of magic potion or something that makes these ground beef tacos spectacular! The rice is incredible too and as a matter of fact, I'm going to order twice as much next time and have them subtract the beans. The rice is that good. Hubby ordered the Super Mex burrito smothered with enchilada sauce and stuffed with carne asada and rice. It was good but my ground beef tacos were better. You can always tell a good Mexican food place when it's packed with Hispanic people at 2:00 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. This is one of my regular places to dine. The fajitas are kick ass as well as the burritos. My husband usually gets the taquitos or super mex salad.
