A coin machine was at the front and accepted $1, $5, $10, & $20 Bills. The staff was very friendly and talked to each customer. I was very happy with my experience and will be back in the future. My only hesitation, which would be with any laundromat, is that most folks were using bleach. I only washed my light and white loads in case residual bleach remained from previous loads. This makes the wait time for a machine extremely long, especially during the busy after work hours. Also, they offer this promotion where if you earn up to a certain number of "points" you get $8 of cash back. We have been coming here for 5 years every two weeks and have NEVER hit that threshold. It's literally impossible to earn the $8 of cash back, so it's a useless joke of a promotion.

Today's items were a backpack, t-shirt, shorts and socks that a child had vomited on. The items were returned to us today, unwashed. When I called the owner for a clarification as to why he said "I have never had a 'bag of vomit' thrown at me before to clean." Cue the drama. Really? Apparently a bag of soiled clothes and a book bag sent to a "professional" cleaner was supposed to arrive in a condition where whatever had soiled it is "virtually undetectable." That's a direct quote. Now, I did apologize to him for the condition of the items and reminded him this was a 14 year old who bagged the items and handed them to me to be laundered. But, to review, not only does this owner enjoy a 1000% mark-up on his services, he also chooses what is an acceptable condition of soil is before accepting a job. Pathetic .
