There are a LOT of machines here. Big washers for comforters (I didn't see the price), medium washers for bigger loads ($3.50) and slightly smaller washers too ($3.00). The dryers are 25 cents for 8 minutes. For a medium load for one person I spent $4.25 total for one wash and 24 minutes in a dryer. The machines take coins or credit cards, and there's a change machine that accepts bills. One of the nearby convenience stores has an ATM. There was also a good amount of seating. The wifi didn't require a password, and there was a TV on too. There are several large folding tables around as well. I didn't need assistance but I did someone ask for help and she was helped really quickly by one of the workers. If you bring your stuff in bags, there are carts to more easily wheel around your stuff between machines. It wasn't too loud considering all the machines running. Moreover the space was just large, airy, bright, and clean. I felt good about sitting there and I would've felt safe leaving my machines running to dart across the street to the convenience store if I'd needed anything. They do sell some laundry products inside the Scrubbing Board too. Four stars is because I didn't see a customer restroom and if you're washing a lot or there with kids that might be a drawback. read more

I paid my bill info on Monday. Asked to be picked up today. I was told they would be here like no one was here at 12:00. Called again told driver on the way they have not picked up my laundry. This is the second week in the row. I'm 60 years old with a disability To make me at his worst when I called they were laughing in the background. Not even put me on hold. Sandra, is the manager told to call at 8:00 in the morning? read more

This place is crazy stupid, staff are super rude, with no education, to the customers. They forced you to use Tide pods, because the owner doesn't want customers to be using liquid soap or softener, business closes at 9pm but you cannot do laundry after 7pm???? Bottom line is you need customers to have a business, it will be a good idea to train your employees on how to treat customers because at the end they need customers to have the business running, we can always go look for a different laundromat. First time and last time I come to this place. Keep losing clients see how long you guys will stay in business. read more

So first off this is a brand new place just opened back up in February. The crazy controlling owner and crew do not let you use liquid detergent. Even though there is a slot labeled liquid detergent engraved in all the machines. The 2 diff times I have used the 8X machine and have NOT over loaded the machine, my clothes were still dirty even after putting in 6 tide pods. I mean like smelled like perfume and had a dry chocolate mark. They hover over you while you load and unload the machines. I only have went here the 6 times I have bc I live across the street with no car. I do 4-5 loads a week and spend $62. The whole pods only thing is mind blowing!! read more

This place is overpriced and staff was rude and unprofessional. My second time there and after engaging within a problem with my laundry experience I was told by the staff member that if I was not happy with the place I should go to another laundromat. Problem solved: I'll never return. read more

Place is the worst. For starters you are forced to use tide pods. They do not allow you to use any liquid soap, because they don't want to clean "a mess". As if there is much else for them to do at a laundromat. Most days most of the machines are taken up with the orders the take so you have to wait for them to be done. If you put a container on the machine as your loading your clothes the act like it's an end all like it's gonna break the machine. oh no you can't do that. The customers service can be good but depends on what day you go. They close at 9pm but 7am sharp is the last wash. Don't see a reason why considering your not using laundry soap or any cleaning products other then tide pods so they don't have much to do anyway. Just overall the place is ridiculous and will never go there again. read more

I get my laundry picked up and delivered by The scrubbing Board - and they do a WONDERFUL job on my clothes. They are neatly folded and smell wonderful. The driver is very nice - and any time I have to call they are always pleasant. They are always on time, and I am totally happy with their service and I appreciate how they continued through the pandemic to give good service. read more

The majority of their machines are usually "out of order" and there are only three large machines but one of them is typically "out of order". Don't waste your time taking your clothes out of your car, drive to another laundromat. read more

This is a laundry mat I use to work at many years ago and at that time we made sure we took care of All our customers the owner was very stern on customer Service. I had sent my laundry there about 5 times in the years since I stoped working there. Last time I sent my laundry there it came back with stains and did not smell clean. So I called them and they claimed they talked to the person who did my laundry and she claimed it came in that way . I was a bit upset because they were white and brand new. A couple were colored.. They took 0 responsibility for anything then threaten to take me to court if I don't pay the $75. I never said I was not gonna pay I just wanted to speak to the owner b4 I did due to the damage on some of my cloths and the fact they were still dirty. I never had issues with them b4 . I have known this man for over 20 years so I spoke to him and told him what had happened he didn't even know what to say. So I let it go and it's been about a year. So I called to have my laundry done and they told me Very Rudely they will not do my laundry anymore. The issue is that they have Too many customers they CANT handle all the laundry cmon in and they won't admit to being overwhelmed . They make mistakes just like the rest of us but take no responsibility for anything .. this is why they are not washing the clothes correctly. And if you speak up they will treat you like trash and refuse to pick up your laundry. It don't matter how long you been going there . They don't care if they loose customers so there rude and they get away with it. . No one should be treated the way I just was . Im gonna tell mystic Vally who works with me and Many other people who use that laundry about my experience an how I was ignorantly told to find another laundry mat because I called and complained. That's not how you talk to people . There ignorant people at Scubbing Board . I will find a better laundry place and when I do. I'm telling Everyone I know to go there . Elderly people send there clothes to be cleaned and they get there cloths back smelly like pee . If they washed the clothes correctly and not be cheap with soap Everyone's cloths will smell clean when leaving a laundromat. But Not this nasty place . Dryers smell like pee when they take the clothes out. And other customers have to use that dryer . It's not a Sanitary place . read more

There are maybe one or two ladies in here that are tolerable, the rest just reek really badly of cigarettes and are nosy. They pretty much treat customers as if you're invading their home. They have little seating and you have to share them with not only other customers, but also any workers going on break, so there's a good chance you're standing. They spend a great deal of their time outside chain smoking cigarettes and using the sewer at the corner there as their personal ashtray, as I see them always throwing lit cigarettes into the sewer before walking back in. I've also witnessed them talking down to customers who have any problem when doing laundry. Machines brake and they don't post signs either. read more

I always have a great experience with this place. Staff is friendly. I use their wash dry and fold services often. It's the cheapest in the area. read more

Unless you stand at the front door and wait daily for your laundry to be returned. Their delivery guy quit unexpectedly and no one ever returned my laundry. The new guy told the owner that he delivered it. He did not. Be careful because if the driver says he did, no matter WHERE he delivered it to they believe him. I most certainly would NOT RECOMMEND THEM. They said they are not responsible. Well, off the small claims court. Had to give one star, would not except Zero. read more
