I only used their wash/fold service once about two years ago but it was one of the best experiences I've had as a customer, period. Kostas was extremely quick to respond and communicative through the entire process. In 2015 I lived in a basement apartment that was very humid, to the point where after a few months of living there all of my clothes had developed that awful musty mildew smell. Even after moving out the smell would not come out despite trying all the tricks people recommend. I hated the idea of losing a large portion of my wardrobe but also despised catching that scent multiple times through the day. I contacted Supersuds as a last resort before throwing away a large amount of clothes. I explained the situation and Kostas was honest and said he couldn't promise anything but he would do his very best and use all resources available. I told Kostas up front I was absolutely willing to pay more than the listed rates for the extra care I was requesting. He REFUSED saying he would only charge me the normal wash/fold price. He even came to my apartment to pick up and drop off my clothes. I got the clothes back, and a few days later opened the bag with little hope the smell would truly be gone. I could not believe how good the clothes smelled. Clean, fresh, and the musty odor was completely absent and never returned. Recently I moved to the Winter Hill area to a fabulous 2 bedroom apartment with a great landlord. The only drawback? No laundry in the building. The older gentleman who attends the facilty seems gruff at first glance but he turned out to be quite nice in his own way. He traded me some bills from his own billfold when he noticed the change machine was picking a fight with me and my $5. The prices are pretty standard as far as laundromats go and there are a number of different weighted machines to choose from. This is where I will be coming back moving forward. Once when the machine in my building was down I decided to take a 30 second trip over here. With quarters in hand I was ready to sit down in a sweaty gross laundromat and daze myself while watching my clothes spin in circles. That was of course until I saw that they would do it for me for the low price of $1.10 / pound. My 25 LBS of clothing would take at least 3 loads and an entire day in my 1 weak ass machine. Now I can save all that time and have people do all of this for me once every 3 weeks for under 30 bucks and my stuff gets perfectly folded unlike the half retarded way my clothes come out when I do it myself. This is completely worth is to someone who values their time as much as I do. Now I can have that time to grocery shop, hit the gym, or down a bottle of Jameson and black out. Wooo!
