Not sure if her English is deficient, but I spoke clearly. She assured me that everything looked okay and went on whistling. When I returned after a set time, I realized that the clothes were dry. I told her that she gave me the wrong information, when I specifically asked if this was a washer. She became extremely rude, refused to refund the money I paid for the load, and started blaming me. Fine, I still needed to finish doing the laundry and went to the correct washer, loaded it, and asked her again (!) if everything looked right. She again confirmed and continued whistling. Then it turned out that the load was set to "Cold," which wasn't what I needed, and she started yelling that I couldn't change the setting. I asked to see the manager. When he showed up, he turned out to be even more rude and dumber than his assistant. He started calling me names after I explained what happened, threatened that I'd have to pay for the machine (the first washer I used) in case it broke. Once when the machine in my building was down I decided to take a 30 second trip over here. With quarters in hand I was ready to sit down in a sweaty gross laundromat and daze myself while watching my clothes spin in circles. That was of course until I saw that they would do it for me for the low price of $1.10 / pound. My 25 LBS of clothing would take at least 3 loads and an entire day in my 1 weak ass machine. Now I can save all that time and have people do all of this for me once every 3 weeks for under 30 bucks and my stuff gets perfectly folded unlike the half retarded way my clothes come out when I do it myself. This is completely worth is to someone who values their time as much as I do. Now I can have that time to grocery shop, hit the gym, or down a bottle of Jameson and black out. Wooo!
