I guess it's my stupidity for assuming they'd be dry when I picked them up 2 days later. The ladies are very nice and working hard so I don't mean to disparage them, but I'm frustrated that I just paid for my clothes to be worse off than they would be if I did them myself and want to give anyone else thinking about trying this service a heads up.

Today I brought my 5x7 machine washable area rug and I put it in one of the large capacity machines. While it was washing I went across the street and when I came back the rug wasn't in the machine. The cycle still had time left on it so I knew it most likely wasn't stolen. Instead, the rug was taken out of the machine (mid cycle) by the owner, leaving me with a very heavy water logged and soapy rug. I've met the owner a couple time previous to this and she is a very unpleasant woman with zero customer service etiquette. The facility is decent but I won't ever come back, I'd rather give my money to someone who isn't so rude .

A young lady working there helped us navigate which machines and settings would work best. They have extra large commercial washing and dryer machines which is why we were there. There is a quarter machine that takes only bills up to 20 dollar denomination so leave the credit card and smart apps at home. If you forget your laundry soap, bleach or softener there is a cash only machine as well. They offer a drop off and pickup and drop off service which is a great for those without cars or unable to walk. It's clean, has large screen TV and small vending machine with a few snacks all costing just one dollar!
