I've never had any issues with damage to my stuff. I had one time a wool sweater was shrank, but that's on me. One of the units is out of order, so I scrambled to find a laundromat nearby where I could get a wash and fold drop-off service while I ran errands for my new apartment. I had never gotten a drop-off service before. I came across this laundromat and the lady working at the cash register told me the price for the service was $72 (comforter was $30 which is a flat price, clothes/sheets were $42 because it's $3 per pound). She told me it would be ready at 3pm, which is when the establishment closes on Saturdays. I left with a sigh of relief. I ran errands for a few hours and lost track of time, but luckily when I called at around 4pm, the same lady was still working due to the high volume of drop-off services. She was so kind as to let me come pick up my stuff (knowing that the establishment is closed on Sunday) and she was very sweet! The price she told me upfront was exactly what I had to pay. When I got home, my clothes, sheets, and comforter were perfectly folded, and it was so easy to just put everything in the right place. I'm absolutely coming here more often, but I'll just do self-service.
