Super Chix is super good! We ordered the Super Parm, Deluxe, Cheesy BBQ, and Bacavo Ranch sandwiches and a large side of loaded fries (queso blanco, bacon, green onions) The sandwiches were great: super soft potato bun and large hand breaded chicken filet. It's balanced and the integrity of the sandwich remains intact. The fried chicken is crispy and not oily and the inside is juicy and tender. And the pickles were crisp--yum! Everyone loved their sandwiches:) We sampled all of the sauces except for ketchup:P Here's the consensus: Nashville: not hot but extremely vinegary Buffalo: alright, very tangy Buttermilk Ranch: standard Honey Mustard: balanced between sweet and tangy. My favorite!! Signature: like Chick-Fil-A sauce, but more vinegary. A close second in terms of accompanying our fried chicken Korean BBQ: terrible--extremely sweet and heavy Fry Sauce: decent, but not for me (ketchup + mayo =) Personally felt a lot of the sauces were overpowering or heavy on the vinegar. Rosemary Pepper seasoning on the fries which was heavy on the pepper. Don't know if we would opt for that again. Other seasoning options were salty, sweet (cinnamon sugar--don't know why anyone would get that), and Cajun. Custard machine was in the process of churning so we did not get any custard:(

We stopped here when staying in town for a couple days. The store was clean and the service nice. The cashier seemed disappointed we didn't order custard but we for sure did not have any room for some. The sandwiches, salad, and fries were great! Definitely recommend the black pepper rosemary fries. I loved that they had so many dipping sauces. The house and Korean bbq were my favorite.

10/10 chicken sandwiches, got the bacon avocado and the chicken Patty was huge! It was also extremely juicy and tender Oreo milk shake 5/10. They boast using their custard but the milkshake was icy and not thick at all. Carl's Jr has a better Oreo milkshake. Cheese fries 6/10. These would probably be a 10/10 as the fried and cheese have great flavor, but our fires were luke warm when we got them and some pieces were limp :/.

I was in town for work and I was craving some chicken. I asked a local whether to try "Arctic Circle" or "Super Chix," they said "Super Chix". Walking in, the cashier immediately acknowledged us and was friendly. She even tried to upsell, kudos. She even explained they might be a little behind due to a lack of staffing, kudos. We got the Parm sandwich and the Nashville and large fries. As we waited for the food, we perused the aisle of sauces. I like this idea and concept. Raisin' Canes, take note! Shortly after, we got our food. The cajun large fry was big enough for 4 people, very well seasoned. The sandwich was hot, fresh and moist. It was a good sandwich. Buuuut, for the price I can't justify it. It's a bit expensive for a chicken sandwich. I actually like BK Italian chicken sandwich better. Overall, I would come here again if I wasn't paying, but not own my own accord.

Ok think 5 guys but with chicken! Absolutely reminds us of a 5 guys restaurant. The potato sacks stacked around and all. That being said we liked it a lot. The fries are great they were thin and well done. Chicken tenders were large and best of all moist not dry like so many places. The fried pickles were good also. And my wife's sandwich was very flavorful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only reasons for 4 stars, very limited drink options. They need more diet selections or better yet a freestyle machine. And it is a bit pricey especially if you had a family. Other than that we loved it

I went today for the first time and absolutely loved the service, ambiance and the great Food!! I ordered the Bacavado(?) Chicken sandwich and large fried with queso..... I'm not going to lie.... if I didn't have $15 off coupon from Dixie Direct, I never would have gone in.... but since I have experienced the freshness and flavor of the food, I will go back even at full price.... It's bright and airy inside.... great service starting with the cashier and the young server who brought us our food.... they have a sauce bar so u can get as much as you want. Stopped to try this place while passing through UT to CA. I ordered the chicken Deluxe sandwich, the mini sandwich, the 6 piece chicken strips and a large fries, it came up to $40. Besides the tenders being a little greasy and the fries weren't crispy/well done as I requested, not too bad of a fast food joint. They did give us an extra tender and a shit load of fries, so that was a plus. Lots of sauces to choose from. I did think the tenders were really pricy though, $16 for 6 tenders. Service was good and staff friendly. I prefer this place over Chick-fil-A.

Kids Meal with Hand-Cut Fries and 2 Chicken Tenders

As soon as I walked in to superchix I started levitating at the smell. the custard was the most decadent silky thing ive ever eaten. the chicken was perfectly moist and crunchy. The hand cut fries melted in my mouth. not to mention the delicious sauce bar with the variety of delectable sauces: the zesty signature sauce and creamy fry sauce being my favorite. While the food is impeccable, the service is outstanding! Our server, a young talented man by the name of Garret thoroughly talked us through the menu, mentioning all of the best options, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. Overall, This place is a 10/10 perfect for families, a date night, or quick travel meal. A must-try for anyone in the area.

Everything came out hot and fresh about 10 mins after I ordered. Portion sizes are massive, don't be scared away by the price point. Probably the tastiest buff chick sandwich I've had, the only downside is it was pretty messy to eat on the road even while not driving. Bun got a bit soggy by the end, but I love very saucy Buffalo chicken so I wasn't mad about it. Fries were crispy and delicious. My meal was a pleasant surprise. read more

Super Chix has amazing fried chicken. It's always super moist and flavorful. And their fresh-cut fries are what keeps me coming back. I absolutely love them! Most times I go and just eat the fries because I enjoy them so much. And their custard is really yummy too! Highly recommend it. However, I'm not impressed with the pricing and the quantity received. And the cleanliness of the restaurant is not always up to par. I understand staffing issues and get it, but I've gone in and have seen employees just standing around during slower times of the day. If you can handle some of these issues while eating there, then go. It's worth trying. read more

Horrible take out experience. After waiting 20 minutes for my to go order with no one in front of me, I got home only to realize I received two orders of fried pickles instead of one order of fried pickles and one order of chicken tenders. To make matters worse, the fried pickles were so soggy, they were inedible. The only redeeming factor here is when I called they refunded my money for the tenders. I'll stick to dine in only in the future. read more

Driving through town looking for a place that serves chicken and has a patio for our dog. On Yelp it does not say it has a patio but there are several nice tables with umbrellas. We had chicken sandwiches and they were great. The blackened seasoning was very good and not too spicy. It was so fun picking from the self-serve sauce section. I checked and unfortunately the chain is not yet in Los Angeles so we won't be able to come back anytime soon. Would recommend for sure. read more

I was kind of disappointed. I had a grilled chicken deluxe sandwich and my husband had the hand-breaded simple sandwich. The buns were nice and soft but that meant by the time I finished my sandwich the bun was soggy. Didn't care for the seasoning on the chicken. They were not very flavorful. The fries were limp. The shake was pretty good, dutch chocolate, nice dark flavor. Overall it was just ok. As for the comparison to Chick-fil-a, Super Chix was about twice as much and I didn't think the quality was as good. I would choose Chick-fil-a over Super Chix any day of the week. read more

My husband loved his sandwich and thought the sauces were dynamite. My southwest salad, however, contained many brown and wilted leaves I picked out as well as browned avocado, but the chicken on top was delish. The food was amazing! Price was a bit high but worth every penny. The only thing that was a put off is that one of the employees (possibly a supervisor) named Emily treated the employees awfully. As a former employee, i feel like I should let everyone know that the owner is a liar. He promises raises and never gave them. He takes money from the tip jar. I worked here for 5 months never got one cash tip. Makes sexual comments toward every female employee. His new GM is lazy. Makes his assistant GM do everything. 5 people have quit in a week. Obviously something is wrong with with this restaurant. I was 15 when I started and I was always called into a shift. Worked with no breaks after 4 hours. There for 8 to 9 hours. Get your restaurant together and get your owner some training, before he gets sued for sequel harassment read more
