IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING PARKING YOUR BOAT OR RV HERE --- READ THIS FIRST!!!! We thought our $45k travel trailer would be safe here. 24 hour security. Cameras. Gates. It's expensive at $370 per month but we thought it would be worth it. WRONG! Our trailer was stolen straight from the lot. We had a hitch lock but it didn't stop them. The security didn't stop them. The cameras and gates didn't help. Oh and get this. While the cop is in taking the report, the manager tells us that he's the best. She says she knows this because she's worked with him several times before. Meaning - stuff gets stolen from here on a regular basis. Garbage place. Over priced. My family is so sad we can't go camping because these fools allowed our trailer to be stolen. These top notch security guys were probably in on it. Find another place to store your boat or RV and buy a boot for the wheel because the low life South Floridians will find a way to rip you off. read more

Rented a truck at this U-Haul dealer and they charged my card twice in 5 days. I know what a hold charge looks like and it does not happen 5 days after a truck is return. You get those at the time of rental. Typical South Florida scam. Lady on the phone was very rude and combative over the phone, and she also asked me for my personal info. Go to a real U-Haul, not a dealer, if you'd like to have peace of mind renting a truck. read more

Their game seems to be to get you in with a low price then raise you continuously as much and as often as possible hoping that you are on a spot and that it will be too much trouble for you to move out, so you pay it. This place did me very wrong. This review may be long. While the facility seems nice and neat, they swindled me out of 200+ bucks and I'll never return. I was in in a situation where I felt I needed a storage unit immediately because I almost had to move out of my place immediately. They preyed on that and told me they don't offer refunds after I already paid for the first month. I hadn't stored anything yet luckily. What a surprise when I realized I didn't have to move as quickly as planned. I tried to explain I had an empty storage unit for less than 24 hours and they wouldn't budge or try to refund me for anything. I played hard ball and just told them I'll keep that unit empty all month and force them to try and cut the lock. Can't threaten to auction my belongings from an empty unit. That's when I started getting daily calls asking if I can remove the lock because they need the unit. Why can't I rent an empty unit if they have my money for a full month? Those calls usually ended with me saying my lock for a refund or telling them I'll call them back with no intention of doing so, like they did to me when I initially told them I don't need the unit. I finally took the lock a few days later so I wouldn't have to hear from them and they were still far from friendly. If you like your time wasted, go check this place out. If you enjoy doing business with crooks, pay this place a visit. read more

I love storing my stuff there. I can go anytime, there is security, the people in the office were helpful and nice, the place is clean, and air conditioned. Depending upon where your unit is, there may or may not be enough lighting, so check out the location of your potential unit before you finalize. The weekend security guard is the best. read more

I made arrangement with Henry to come from Orlando over 300 miles away with my family, 7 & 9 yr old kids. Henry told me he had (2) spot available and he would hold one for me overnight until I drove over in the morning. I called Henry back a second time to confirm and he said yes come. I went in this morning at 11:45 from driving 300 miles to be told they do not have the spot and pathetic Henry, told me he does not remember speaking too me not to many people have a 45 Ft tour bus. Very unprofessional and low class people. The lady that was there is another loser, I did not even want to speak to her. Her demeanor was as if she wanted me to get on my hands and knees to beg to dear life. I ask for Henry she said he's not available. Well Henry, was right in front of me however, he was with someone. He just ignore my entire conversation, and stay quite. Sin for you to do that to me. Poorly, and inconsiderate ran place. I would not stay here for even for free!!! Something would happen and they would deny it. Put your self in my shoes, and see how you would feel.. Better to pay a more professional organization... Do not take my word roll the dice. read more

Do not use this storage facility period! They tell you one price and then charge you a different price! They are a rip off! The manager leaves the office then puts a phone number on the door for you to call and then no one answers it, this place is ridiculous!!!!!
