They overcommunicate in the best way: you have access to everyone's cell phones, they respond promptly, and if you have an issue, they are there instantly. The quality of the work is beyond top tier, and it's clear the entire company is 100% focused on client satisfaction. The only two issues we ran into were self-inflicted on our end. In both cases, Pool Boss was there the next day and fixed them. When I asked for the bill, the answer was, "There is no bill, we just want you to be happy." That tells you everything about how they operate. The team is outstanding: Matt, Dan, Lisa, Joanna, Tyler, Jadyn, William, and the owner, Chris. They define world-class service. They didn't tie the cover to the side like they should have, so I had no call and wait for them to come out again to fix that. I won't use them again this year- still looking.
