Price gouging on cost of futile attempt at repair…read more Leak was not correctly identified and no one else (called 5 places) will touch these tubs with a 10 foot pole since only the front panel can be removed. You now have a huge problem since the other panels can't be removed to try to find the source of the leak. Owner (Marcus) refused to return my phone call and had a very rude and unprofessional staff member inform me they will not be back to service my spa. Consider yourself warned!

I will say, then the pump broke they identified the problems and replaced it 1-2-3. No issues after that. My big problem was opening was over $600, and closing was almost $500. They didn't tie the cover to the side like they should have, so I had no call and wait for them to come out again to fix that. I won't use them again this year- still looking.

They all have free shipping (just look for the coupon code) and usually no taxes. Plus it is overnight shipping to NJ. SO what if Leslie's offer me a one time coupon for 20%....it is just one time. I am back to the internet. It really bothers me that these stores advertise great prices, then overprice everything and expect you to come in and be happy.
