I had tried locally (Morris County) to purchase parts for my hot tub and this company is the only one that was helpful. [Pelican staff actually asked me to look for the parts myself in the back of the stock room (while they were eating lunch), but that's for a separate review.] After explaining issues with my heating element and the parts I was looking for, Jill kept me on the phone while she checked stock. In addition, she was calling her service tech on the road to confirm if a particular part was available in his truck. Long story short, there were a few options but keeping the weather in mind for my outside hot tub, Jill was able to help on the quickest and most cost effective way. She really schooled me with her knowledge of the hot tub as well. They are a bit out of the way but I will be utilizing them for all my hot tub needs! Thank you for a great experience thus far. However, my recent experience was pretty frustrating. Recently, I entered with the intention of having a ski boot fitting. The associate approached and I told him I wanted to buy a new pair of boots and asked if they did ski boot fitting and custom liners. He confirmed they do, and he showed me a boot on display. Then, he promptly told me the price of the fitting, boot, and liners. Instead of asking about my current boots, concerns, etc. (or even just showing me to the boot fitter), he was quick to assume my ability level, pointed towards their limited selection of womens ski boots, and walked away. I've been skiing since I was a child and never have I walked into a shop and had an associate make assumptions and walk away without assisting or directing. I walked out regretful I walked in and drove to Ski Barn in Wayne that had a much larger selection and more welcoming staff. The few associates at the desk are pleasant but the wandering associates in the ski shop area are not very helpful or knowledgable.

I heard about Michael and his crew from a friend and was hesitant to take the plunge to have someone manage the whole thing but am I glad I did!
