The Pool Boss recently installed our pool, and it was the best experience I have ever had with any…read morecontractor, period. From day one they were organized and thoroughly planned out, and they executed flawlessly. They overcommunicate in the best way: you have access to everyone's cell phones, they respond promptly, and if you have an issue, they are there instantly. The quality of the work is beyond top tier, and it's clear the entire company is 100% focused on client satisfaction. The only two issues we ran into were self-inflicted on our end. In both cases, Pool Boss was there the next day and fixed them. When I asked for the bill, the answer was, "There is no bill, we just want you to be happy." That tells you everything about how they operate. The team is outstanding: Matt, Dan, Lisa, Joanna, Tyler, Jadyn, William, and the owner, Chris. They define world-class service. If there were a rating above five stars, they would earn it. I wouldn't just say they're highly recommended; I'd say you would be making a huge mistake going with anyone else. The absolute best in every facet of the business: prep, design, price, communication, timelines, and quality. No one better.

I received their GRAND OPENING flyer (coupon) in the mail and was excited to see a local pool…read morecompany with (advertised) great prices & service. That is where the excitement ended. After calling them to get some prices on CHLORINE I felt like I was back at Pleasant Pools in Chester (lets double the price of everything for those "newcomers" to Chester) Do yourself a BIG favor and buy your chlorine from one of the big three internet pool companies. They all have free shipping (just look for the coupon code) and usually no taxes. Plus it is overnight shipping to NJ. SO what if Leslie's offer me a one time coupon for 20%....it is just one time. I am back to the internet. It really bothers me that these stores advertise great prices, then overprice everything and expect you to come in and be happy. There is usually ALWAYS a better option than "brick and mortar" UNLESS you are in such a hurry (then Amazon prime)...... You make the decision ! 35 lbs at Leslie's = $99 :( 50 lbs at In The Swim= $99 :)
