I came in and was not greeted, more just stared and judged. Anyways I sit down, I show the gal my photo inspo and she gets to doing my nails. I had to derail the design unfortunately mid way threw because it was not turning out the way It should have. I'm a little disappointed with this place. I went in for a gel full set and I had an older lady doing my service. She was shaking the whole time and going very, very slow. She kept talking about things that made me uncomfortable to answer to. The nails were put on so thick and the neatness of it was very sloppy on the sides. I got these nails on over 1 month ago and they are still not all the way off. Now, it is nice having them last a good amount of time, but I didn't like how they were done and I'm completely struggling taking them off even soaked in acetone. It's a little concerning that they feel like they have been super glued on. I feel like I was charged a lot for the service I got and it did not look well. I've gone here several times. They do a pretty good job overall with the actual manis and pedis. There's always an attempt at upselling, but that's not unusual. Linh is phenomenal! Seriously, she's superb. However, I'm not going to be back after this last time. Every time I go to pay for services, they give me a hard time about not having cash, not having enough cash, wanting to use my card. "You don't have cash? Really, not even a little?" Every tip, every charge, everything feels like an argument. Even making sure to bring cash along, I still get bickered with. It feels like a waste because any relaxation I might have enjoyed from the services there gets completely wiped out by basically being told I'm not paying correctly. I had called the salon to make an appointment at 12PM for eyebrow waxing and a manicure a whole week in advance. As I arrive to the salon to check in, they do confirm that I did have an appointment , but I still had to wait for 30 minutes+ to get a seat. After they finish a poor quality gel manicure service on me, they barely tell me the person that does the waxing isn't even in, and that she called off "Monday." It was Saturday on the day of service. Now mind you, when I was checked in before being seating, their book said WAXING in big written letters over the manicure. So unless there is a major problem within the management's communication with each other, I got the impression that they just wanted their pay from me. Why did they not tell me at the beginning that the person had called off for the from the beginning of the week (when i had initially made my appointment) from the start of me walking in? They take your number when you call in for an appointment but that appears to just act as a redundant formality, because they sure could have called me during the week I made the appointment to let me know their team-member wasn't there. read more

Kim took her time, made great casual conversation with me and paid very close attention to detail! My gel manicure has never looked so good, and my nails are currently on the shorter side. Just got a pedicure from Kim and it was amazing! I didn't feel like she rushed it. She took her time to provide me with a great service. The sugar scrub and massage felt great. It was very relaxing. She was very gentle while cleaning up my cuticles and while filing my nails. The salon itself is very nice and clean. They use liners in the spa chairs and the implements are also opened out of a sanitizing pack. So I felt very safe with the sanitation protocols state board has in place. I have never felt so rushed or so pressure to get extra services from a pedicure. This lady practically pushed me out of the seat after she finished the terrible job on my pedicure. The owner tried to explain to me that the reason for her terrible skills was because she didn't speak English. Good job on the technical details of the manicure and pedicure. I had good technicians Ngoc and Linh. Unfortunately this was overshadowed by the rudeness of the supervisor (probably owner). They get into your business and put false words in your mouth, make wild accusations, and then throw a tantrum and scream at you. Way too much drama. All the drama of being married to a crazy person but this is with customers on first meet. Want some? Come get yours. lol A couple of the customers called the supervisor a "troublemaker", telling her not to start trouble. That's how the treat customers. Won't be coming back. Bad vibe about this place. Too much negativity at this place. As other customers pointed out in their reviews, the staff here try to browbeat and gain up on you. Note: They try to pressure you into marrying foreign mail order brides here, if you are male. They get paid a hefty commission for it ($10,000+ USD). They are 10 times worse than used car salesmen. They care absolutely nothing about your personal welfare. They only want the $$$ from setting up a foreign bride. read more
