The women's restrooms had no hooks inside the stalls so there was nowhere to put your bag or coat, which is so annoying because it could be easily solved. They also gave out very short straws for highball glasses so everyone's straws were falling into their drinks and they had to fish them out. Still a four-star experience overall, but addressing some of these shortcomings would have made it a five-star.
