The person who helped me back then was rude and unhelpful, and I left thinking I'd never return. Fast-forward to now: I was in the middle of a move and needed boxes urgently, so I decided to give The Box Depot another try. I'm so glad I did! I was helped by Moises, who completely changed my impression of the store. He was friendly, funny, patient, and went above and beyond -- answering all my questions, helping me find exactly what I needed, and even offering to carry everything to the car. If it weren't for Moises, I never would've gone back -- but because of him, I absolutely will. He's a gem, and I hope he's there every time I visit. In addition, Jon forged my initials on the moving contract he never sent me and tried to present that as evidence in court which is a crime. I had to waste more time filing a police report. If picked up the crime of forgery is 1 year prison sentence. I find this moving company unethical and would not be surprised if they lose their license. They are crooks and an absolute disgrace.
