Sunset mailboxes is great! It's in a really convenient location to stop and get your mail any time day or night. The customer service is great! they send notices to your email and phone when you receive a package so you know that you can go pick it up right away. The packages I get always stay safe and secure until I pick them up and it's simple and quick to mail anything from there! The address you use for your mail there looks very expensive and professional being on Sunset Blvd in LA. Me and two of my friends also use the same place for our mail. read more

Gerry and his crew have been managing my mailbox and mailing needs for years. I've moved further away, and it's still worth going over there. They are kind, convenient, helpful, understanding, thorough, knowledgable, a good value... I could go on and on. I recommend this place more than any other establishment in Los Angeles. It's rare to find such wonderful people and such excellent service at the same time. I consider this my luckiest find so far. read more

This is a quality business run by quality people. Their customer service and attention to detail, let alone the convenience of 24 hour access make Sunset Blvd Mailboxes a pleasure to do business with. I recommend them highly. read more

Locally owned. Great service. I wish all shipping/mailbox places were this good. I am staying in the neighborhood and had to ship something fragile and oddly shaped home. The guy (owner?) used pieces of cardboard, paper, tape, and a box to protect my items. I was impressed. He had a mirrored computer display that faced me so I could watch as he filled out the addresses and make any corrections. He then pulled up a side by side price comparison of FedEx and UPS so I could choose. USPS even came in to pick up while I was being helped. It took the guy away from my order for about 10 seconds but he still apologized for the interruption. I would go here before going to FedEx or UPS because of the superior service. read more

I've been a happy customer since 2008 Love Gerry and his wife. They are very friendly, professional & accommodating. They don't mind to through my mail over the phone with me too, to let me know wether my pay check arrived There were times when I was running late from work and they kept the place open for extra 10-15 to make sure I got my packages Can't thank them enough & can't be happier Even though I don't live in the area any more, there is no way I'll be switching my mailbox service read more

Been using this mailbox for years. Gerry and his wife are amazing, helpful and discrete. I have had problems with stalkers and other weirdos since I do TV work. The staff here will never disclose that you have a box here or let anyone take your belongings on your behalf without your permission. The level of customer service here is priceless. I have moved and still would drive an hour to use this mailbox because it is that good. Thank you! read more

Super friendly, kind, caring and personable owners who really care about you and treat you and your mail with respect! They are super organised and have an amazing auto notification system so I get a text whenever stuff gets mailed to me! Its brilliant and such a great service for me as I am constantly changing apartments and this way I do not have crazy previous landlords holding onto old mail of mine , i can have access to my mail 24/7. So happy I found this place. read more

Brilliant service and friendly staff. No more waiting in for parcels or changing addressed every time you move. If you travel a lot this is definitely a must ! Gerry and his team notify you when a parcel arrives and have even stayed open late for me when I had a few things to ship. Highly recommend ! read more

Super sweet, customer service is super friendly for something so simple as a postal outlet. Lady at desk is too nice

Amazing service. These guys were so helpful and made shipping a bunch of my stuff in preparation for my cross-country move a breeze. They even gave me a free water! Highly highly recommend. read more

Sunset Mailboxes has an excellent service. Price is very transparent, you get to know all the options and you decide according to your timing and budget. On my last Business trips to Los Angeles I always need to ship something, so i just go there with the stuff, they help me to pack it, absolutely hassle free. Gerry really cares for the people, so you totally feel your important things are being handled with care. read more

This place is the best for your mail service needs! Every time I go in there John and the guys are super helpful. John even remembered my name after only being in there a few times. I can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you! read more

Have had this mailbox for over 4 years. They check my mail for me. Send it to me if I'm out of state. This is a full service facility and until this point it's been the best mailbox experience that I've had in Hollywood. read more

Since becoming a new grandma in October 2017, I have used John and Linda, a lot, to send some very precious items. Always professional. Forever kind. More like friends. I will never use another location, ever. Period. Thank you for making me feel like your most important customer. read more

The owners treat customers extremely well. They are attentive and will quickly find the best price to get ur package to where it needs to go. I'm a regular here now and they even send emails when the package ships and arrives. Great service. Friendly atmosphere. read more

Today was my second time here. People who work there are so friendly and helpful. I almost felt like I wasn't in LA. I will be back for sure for the next shipping. Thanks, guys. read more

I'm moving to a different place and needed help picking what supplies I would need. John went over everything and was helpful and really nice. The prices were more than fair and now I have everything I need to move without the stress of shopping for more moving supplies. I just found this place and now I'm moving! I'm not moving too far though, so I will be back whenever I need supplies for shipping. read more

The staff here are so kind, lovely & wonderful! I trust them with my mail & always leave with a smile on my face when I've spoken to the sweet humans behind the counter. Plus, the ability to obtain mail from your box 24 hours a day is pretty great! read more

I've had my mailbox here for a year now, and the staff is always nice and I've never had an important letter or package go missing. I get automatic notifications when packages arrive, which is something my last mailbox place never did. There's always parking available, and for Hollywood, it's pretty easy to get in and get out. I'm never leaving, they are totally stuck with me. read more

This place really knows what it is doing, and is helpful and friendly. The guy there read me all my mailing options, with the price and delivery dates, and inside information as to why I should select which option. He has worked here for like 10 years, so he really knows his stuff. He is fast, and made copies of what I was sending which I needed. Was such a good experience I had to write a review! Thanks SBMPC! read more

Jerry provides some of the best service I've ever had. He's quick, efficient, personable and friendly. He's never let me down from sending small letters domestically to shipping big items internationally. Absolutely 5 star. read more

Great customer service. Quick, friendly, precise, and trustworthy. This is the only place you need to go for postal services and shipping materials. And when you have to ship something personal (Dan Farr knows what I'm talking about) they have excellent 4 inch tubes for that extended mold you made. read more

Went in with my package addressed and ready. They lady who helped me was really friendly and fast without being short. She made extra care that my package would arrive intact without compromising the artistic look of the wrapping. I was shipping a painting to Ohio and it came out to a very reasonable price, much cheaper then UPS or USPS. I recommend you come her for all of your shipping needs. read more

Beware of this place! They opened my packages after claiming they didn't have them and we had to trace them back to this location. It was obvious they was trying to see what was in the packages then hide the fact. read more

I chose this place because it was conveniently located. I'm sad to leave (I'm moving) because the people who run this establishment are accommodating, kind and always made me feel safe and at home. Best mailbox place you'll ever find. Two thumbs up! read more

Had a great experience here. Was shipping a very fragile, large "art window" (pane of glass in a wood frame) and needed a reliable place to do the packing. I believe Gerry was helping me. He was very patient, took about 10 - 15 min to wrap everything up and then didn't even charge me for packing/supplies/labor. Shipping was super expensive, but Gerry really lowered the cost as much as possible. Would definitely come back again. read more

Had 2 bad encounters with the lady that works there. She was just so rude. Either that or she just hated her job so much that it shows no matter how nice she pretends to be. That's too bad because John's super cool and nice but with my 2 bad experiences with the lady working there I will never go there again. 3 stars is because John who works there is cool but if he didn't work there I would've rated a 1! read more

Really great service, the BEST! I've been using it for several years, and highly recommend. There is no better place in L.A. for all your mailing needs. Kudos to Gerry for making it as customer-friendly as it gets. read more

Hello. This is my first Yelp review. There are certain companies and services that make our lives easier and more enjoyable and when I find them, I'm happy to spread the word. Sunset Mailboxes and Gerry, the owner, definitely qualify in that category! When I first signed up for a mailbox, I was actually going to sign up at one around the corner, because of proximity to my house. I had called in advance about prices, but as I was signing up, the other company started upcharging me for various things and I decided to walk around the corner and give Sunset Mailboxes a shot instead. I've been there over a year now and am a happy customer. My business partner and I have several companies and we get mail coming to a number of different names. Sunset Mailboxes always keeps it straight. They email me when I get packages in. They will forward mail when I'm out of town, and for a reasonable price. Best of all, Gerry, the owner, who seems to always be there, is a super sweet person. It's always a joy to go in there and get to say hi to him---and he always remembers my name. This is pretty amazing, because until recently, I always had my assistants picking up the mail--so I've hardly been there. Who thought picking up the mail could make life a little more joyful? Thank you Gerry and Sunset Mailboxes! Mary read more

We've had a box with them for a couple of months now. Reliable and honest, the owner is friendly and accommodating, and the pricing fair. Text message alerts for package arrival, 24-hour access and its great location make it a definite 5/5! read more

Always great service! We love Gerry!!

Gerry is genuine, incredibly friendly and always helpful. The business runs like a well oiled machine- my packages are always shipped out promptly, their email communications regarding shipments are great. There are plenty of places to get mail box in this area, or do your shipping, but if you're smart you'll get one here. Trust me, it's been a dream doing my business with Gerry. read more
