CitrusGo is now added into my personally approved companies offering their services. I spoke with them via Yelp and sent pictures of the Used couch I had bought for my vacation home in Arizona. I didn't want a new couch and when I had went to pick up the couch that looked much better online, I didn't want to leave and start the search process over so I bought it and knew I would need a good upholstery cleaning company. CitrusGo did not disappoint with pricing and schedule. I reached out on a Saturday and they were the only ones who could offer their service by Monday. Their tech arrived 15 minutes earlier than the appointment which I was glad to see. He was very professional and quick. He pre-treated alllll the stains and began cleaning shortly thereafter. There was grease stains, dirty finger stains and the worst... Marker stains from the previous owners children! He got 99% of them out and only two small ones remained, but he tried his hardest. There is a noticeable dark path in the hall from the bathroom to the kitchen and from the kitchen to the bedrooms, from the constant walking of the many owners and renters. It has remained embedded through numerous carpet cleanings we've had done over the years of renting this home. Rich Dallesandro, the fabulous repairman our landlords use for our rental, referred us to Michael Clevenger, The Cleaning Monkey, 623-986-0170. He stated that Michael is the best and would get the dark path out of the hall carpet. So, we gave him a call, which was the best decision we ever made! Michael Clevenger came over to give us a free, detailed estimate, explaining everything he would be doing in his 16-Step Un-Matched Cleaning Process. The Process also guaranteed his work and that he would come back as often as needed to ensure we are happy with their services for a year! He was quite friendly, caring, and professional, and he treated us like family. He took extra caring steps like protecting the wall corners. He was exceptional in his attention to detail.
