I went here even though I read the reviews and I regret it so much!!!!!! I wanted a simple fill, which was $25. Spendy but whatever. She started taking off my polish and she used this awful cotton that stuck to my nails and took forever. Then she started saying "oh where did you go before.. these are bad, they are lifting." I go to a place in clackamas which has nothing but raving raving reviews and is GREAT. She started clipping my acrylics to remove them and just do a new set and she cut part of a chunk of my nail off one finger and then cut a layer off another finger making BOTH bleed!!!! When I told her I was bleeding and unhappy she goes "oh you just have thin nails." I told her I didn't wanna continue and I asked to just leave and she made me pay $10, for what???? Just to have my acrylics removed? Ridiculous. Another worker kept saying "you're gonna be unhappy when you go home, they're too frail, just get new acrylics and the powder will help." Uh no. If my nails are not healthy, I need to let them regrow, not add to it! Especially if two are bleeding!!!! I am NEVER coming here again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in to get a set taken off and another set out on beings I had my nails on and filled for almost 3 months. Well they are soak off nails and instead of soaking them to get them off she used a nail tip to pry under the fake nails and ended up riping my finger nail in half and tearing a strip of nail off of my finger.

Nancy was great. Stayed late to do my nails. Took her time and listened to me when i asked for certain things. She was fun and I will definitely be back.

By far the worst job I've ever gotten done. Will not bad coming back. Same day picture

If I could give this 0 stars, I would! I've been here before for pedicures and they had never done this type of horrible. I came on the weekend to get my nails done. By far the ugliest job I've ever gotten on my nails. The fact that the lady gave me a discount definitely lets me know she was aware she had done a horrible job. This isn't the first time they have done a shitty job but this time it was too much. Will definitely not be coming back

Shellac Nails. They did a good job!

Nancy did a great job on my nails, she took her time even though she had to stay a half hr after closing.

These pictures were taken the day after my appointment. Once I got home and looked closely, I saw…read morehow bad my nails were: lumpy, uneven, overly thick, and badly shaped. They were clearly poorly done, showing how she put no care or real effort into my nails. On top of that, she caused me some of the worst pain I've ever had from a nail appointment. About a week and a half later, my pinky nail started lifting, which was extremely painful and a clear sign the acrylic was applied incorrectly. She was passive-aggressive throughout, calling me old and saying my head looked too big for my body in a backhanded way. When she started on my nail design, she became openly insulting, condescending, and belittling. I have auditory processing issues, and I'm on the spectrum, so explaining things concisely is one of my biggest struggles. Even with a reference photo for her, I struggled to answer her questions in a way that satisfied her. She told me I was giving her a headache and kept repeating the same few words, louder and more irritated, over and over again, when I would try to ask for clarification. I felt really uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. In the end, my sisters' and my nails cost $300--$150 for what are honestly the worst acrylics I've ever gotten. She rushed to finish so quickly that I didn't even get to properly check them until I got home, when it was obvious how bad, painful, and poorly done they were.

Well this is my first time in this salon and I was immediately impressed. The amount of colors they…read morehave for nails is immense but their so easy to choose from because they have them in these nice little books rather than most salons that have those awful key rings of color that are hard to go through. I got a gel pedi and was a walk in and they saw me immediately. I never use the massage chairs cause they're usually old and not comfortable. This is the first time I've used a massage chair and loved it! The tech was great at removing cuticles from toenails and my calluses. If you bring in a picture of nail art they will do their best to help get you exactly what you want. I plan to come back this Friday for dip on my nails and I'll update my review once I get my hands done too. Update: I went back on Friday and saw Nikki. She was awesome and helped me change my nails to acrylic because I was spending more money on dip and I could get something more shiny that last longer and costs less. What a great deal! She was phenomenal. I feel younger with these very posh nails!

I called to ask if they were available for a dip mani. They said yes and to come in. I arrived…read moreabout 7 mins later as I live very close. They made me wait 25 mins before someone worked on my nails. The first woman took off my previous dip and sanded the nail beds. Then, she gave me to a different woman for the next steps. I had already told her I did not want that woman as she had done my nails previously and they were lumpy and had a black speck on one nail that I saw and told her that wasn't supposed to be there and she said you wouldn't be able to see it when we were done but when we were done you could see it plain as day and when I asked her to redo that nail, she said she couldn't see anything and the nail was fine. So, I told the woman I would rather have someone else do the finishing of the nails this time. She then sanded my nails some more for the prep and I had to wait an additional 30 mins for another woman to be available. No problem, a good set of nails is worth the wait. Overall, it took them 2 hours to do nails that shouldn't have taken more than 70 mins. Normally, my nails last 3 weeks and the only thing forcing me to get them redone at that time is the grow out. 6 days after getting my nails dipped, the tips and sides started to peel away from the dip and the top coat started to peel off. I was out of town and couldn't go back to the salon until day 10, and by that time 3 of my nails had the tips ripped off completely from snagging on stuff. Keep in mind these are my real nails. I've been having my nails dip mani for over 4 years straight and this has never happened. This was caused by lack of experience and expertise when prepping and finishing my nails. When I finally went into the salon to show the manager my nails, she said that happens with real nails. Ummm, no it doesn't. It's never happened to me. I asked for her to remove the remaining product from my nails and provide me a refund of my $70 I paid. She said refunds were against their policy but she would have someone fix them. I had already had everyone at her store do my nails at some point and none of them were worth $70 and 2 hours of my time. So no thanks on your sub par service. Ultimately, she chose to not give me a refund and told me she would prefer I leave a negative review of her business. I was very disappointed in her choice of outcome.

I almost felt like they were not open like maybe I walked in while they were still opening.. I didn't wanna make a big deal out of things so I just said "Hello". Nobody responded to me for a minute and then without asking me if I was getting a pedicure or manicure abruptly, told me to sit in seat one. I really make it a point to wash my hands before my service just out of respect for the tech but I felt like I was doing something wrong by moving around the shop because of the way that they were staring at me. When I sat down, I tried to say hello and strike up a small conversation. Literally the only thing that she said to me was "hello and do you work today?". No response to the question that she , She just stopped talking after that. I'm very introverted myself so I tried also to not take this personally. But I couldn't help but feel like I just was not welcome. I picked a color and although I know, sometimes the colors change slightly underneath of the light this color had to have been old because when I tell you the color that is on my fingernails is not the color that I chose, pretty frustrating and considering I snuck this appointment before I had work, I did not have time for her to take it off and change it . All well during this appointment there is a man in the back corner of the shop, banging on a pipe and making all this loud noise. Which is fine if repairs need to be done OK , but people literally work hard for their money and they wanna come here and relax and get their nails done not listen to a construction zone . And the last thing I'll say is that I didn't ask for a major design. I asked for a tiny little heart with a specific angle. And as she was trying to do this, I noticed that my middle nail was completely crooked. Not angled wrong because of how my nail bed is laying, like actually crooked. I tried to express that it was crooked and all she did was file it more crookedly. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately $60 for a full set that is basically crooked and wrong doesn't feel fair. I just simply left after paying. And i dont think ill be back. Could be worth another shot. But im not satisfied.
