Had my wedding nails done here and loved them! However, I went back in a couple weeks later to have them removed and the tech took off part of my natural nail on four fingers. I was literally flinching away from her when she was working on those fingers where the nail was obviously aggravated and red, and she still was trying to continue! I had to tell her they were too sensitive. Also, it took an hour and a half for a simple removal. I ended up giving her a good tip only because I didn't want to wait there any longer for her to get change. I decided to write a review since this occurred four days ago and my affected nails are still so sensitive to the touch and temperature, which I've never experienced before. I'd recommend getting your nails done here but removed somewhere else. 5 stars for the dip application, 1 star for the removal = 3 stars overall. read more

So I went in a couple weeks ago. The pedi was fine. Nothing super special but it was nice. I paid 62$ for 20 minutes extra of leg massaging, but the rest was pretty typical. Then I showed him a picture of the nail I wanted. I would have appreciated if he told me he couldn't do it. I'll let you be the judge. Not only was it not like the picture but they have all popped off. They started to lift after a week....then ALL popped off...not broke...not chipped....but popped off like they didn't use bonding or something. Two and a half hours and 138 dollers later... I arrived a few minutes early to my SET appointment and I still had to wait 15 minutes to be sat down and worked on. I specifically mentioned which nail tips I wanted and the nail tech put tips on one hand and then started cutting them off. When I asked why, she said it was not the tips I wanted. She took them off and attempted to put on the entirely wrong tips on me and claimed the coffin shaped tips would look straight and I immediately said no. Why am I a paying customer, going to let the nail tech decide to do my nails however they want? So they took that tip off my finger. At this point I was frustrated, because I had plans to do things and get ready before I went to an event that night. Once they finally put the right tips, the nail tech took over an hour just putting the acrylic on. At this point I've been there for a while, everyone got asked if they wanted water or pepsi and nobody offered me any type of drink. When I asked the nail tech to cut some of my nails down, she kept telling me they were all the same size when they weren't. They got longer like stairs. I had to ask her multiple times to cut my nails down until she finally agreed too. Again, why wouldn't she do my nails HOW I WANTED THEM DONE. I was there for 3 hours and I did not get to do the things I needed to get done before my event. Fast forward exactly 2 weeks later, my nails do not grow fast, so I barely have any growth, but 7 out of 10 of my nails are lifting, causing pain from them being lifted for any little reason. When lina did my nails everything was good, but this person did not give me a good experience. $101 for my nails and experience was not worth it and I wish I could go back in time & go somewhere else this night. I was just here for a pedicure but decided last minute to do a mani also. What a mistake! First, even after she cleaned up the edges, the polish is messy and uneven. It was all over the sides of my finger and the cuticle. Second, the edges of my nails are so ragged that they snag on my clothes. All of them are ragged. Really?!? Third, my mani pedi took TWO HOURS! Wtf?!? Lastly, and this is what really upset me was after your cheap-y $32 mani pedi, she gives you a zip lock with the DISPOSABLE buffers she used and says "This is $2. Bring it back next time and I won't charge you." There were no signs posted, no forewarning. Nothing. She tells me that just as I was handing her my credit card. Done and done. Had a pedicure done in November and the woman screamed at me for moving my foot and nicking a nail. I was a walk-in and she had me wait 20 minutes while she ordered a chicken for Thanksgiving. I thought I would never go back but I returned and thought I would give them another try. I had a brow waxing. I have had one there before and it was fine. Yesterday, after the procedure, over a course of afternoon, the skin around my eyes turned dark and swollen. The skin was burned. I couldn't sleep on one side of my face. I called them this morning and asked them what I should do. I returned to the salon and the woman at the front desk wanted to put cortisone on the area. I am allergic to cortisone. She then yelled at me for not complaining yesterday. I told her the skin swelled over time. She then said I had only been at the salon three times before. I said I believed I had been there more than that but that I don't always sign in. I stood up and left exasperated and will never return. I looked through my bank statements because I use their ATM to pay cash when I go to the salon and saw that I had been to the salon as a customer five times. read more

I have been in for 3 manicures, and twice left with fingers in such bloody shape I can't use them for days. The first time, three of my nails lifted from the nail bed because so much acetone was used. I had bandaids on 3 fingers -- nice way to show off my new manicure, huh? The one time a woman worked on my hands (the owner?) it was much better. I am used to having one finger that usually gets knicked, but 3-4 fingers is just too many. I even had to pull my hand back yesterday, which I normally never do. I think the men are not familiar with how the filing drills feel when you trap your skin under them. They are close to my house, but I can't go back and spend that kind of money and come home with multiple injuries and red, puffy, bleeding fingers. read more

I remember as a teenager coming to this location and getting good work done. This was not the experience i had a few days ago. I feel as if I wasted 66$ on nails i HATE! Went in for a pedicure and it took awhile but they did a good job. But went back the next week with a friend for a manicure and it took even longer. But the worse part is that the nail polish started popping off within hours. I couldn't get back to them for a week( all nails were bare within 2 days) and they said they couldn't do anything about it and no discount. They also said the manicure only lasts a week. What??? Will never go back. The owner did my manicure and he was insulted that I had to use the restroom in the middle. I would give negative stars, if possible. Never, ever get your hair cut here. I came in for a trim, since I'm trying to grow my hair out. She cut off about 5 inches and then insisted that this was a "trim." She cut off 1-2 years of my hair! I'm heart broken. To top it off, it's horribly uneven. I just had my hair cut here for the second time and I am thrilled for a second time. I've gone to Anh both times for a wash, cut, and dry ($21). My hair is very fine and has no curl. I am in the process of growing out my hair (currently just below my chin) and have it cut in a bob. Anh did a fantastic job stacking my hair in the back so it looks full and thick in the back and took lots of time to make sure all my hairs were laying right; no jaggy, uneven chops! She didn't use a razor on my hair, which I appreciated. That tool always seems to make my thin hair even thinner, yet hairstylists always insist on using it. She was also very respectful of the fact that I am growing my hair out and was very careful to not take much off the length, while still giving me a full cut that put some style back into hair. To top it all off, the customer service of the entire staff was irreproachable. They are all kind, friendly, and attentive; in short, they act like they want you to have a relaxing time and they don't take your business for granted. While I was there, I noticed several regulars come in and be greeted by name. I went there on the advice of my wife. I was pleasantly surprised! The ladies that work there are very nice, very efficient, and the prices are very affordable. They do it all there. I took a buddy of mine with me. He got a haircut, manicure, and pedicure. He was very impressed.
