I arrived after 6pm and requested a Volcano French pedi, but said I'd be happy to downgrade since I didn't want to keep them there past closing. They quickly got me in, had me seated and served a beverage immediately. They let me know I could still book that service with a lovely technician named TiTi. I give her 10 stars out of five for an excellent pedicure & the foot and leg massage. She'll be the only one I go to from now on. Thank you, TiTi!! read more

Got a gel pedicure today and the experience was fantastic. The massage chairs were super modern and comfortable. The massage feature wasn't too intense and very comfortable. My tech was very kind and great at communication. My pedicure turned out fantastic and this will definitely be my new pedicure spot. They also had a ton of color options for gel. read more

I went in today, had a pedicure and manicure. I was asked if Wanted gel, I said no. I was asked if I wanted foot massage, not being told it was extra, manicure, i was aked if I wanted fel, I said no, he did not tell me my color was gel, apparently all thrle samples he shwed. Were gel My total was $107.00 by the timr.he fot done overcharging me twice for gel I daid no to. I wont be back, I dont like to manupulated and as a senior, it was hard enough to pay the nearly 80 after they talked me into the mani for 23 that ended up $39. read more

I should have checked the reviews before making an appointment here. I have very mixed emotions about my visit. Do I hate the final product? No. Would I come back? No. Would I recommend this place? Sure, if you dont mind imperfections. Pros: I called and had an appointment 2 hours later for a full set and pedicure on a Saturday afternoon. My nail tech checked in with me often about if I liked my nails but I realized quickly how limited her skills were so I basically gave up towards the end. She was brutally honest and told me my nails were difficult because my nail bed was crooked. Cons: prices are not listed anywhere that's easy to see. If you're paying with card and dont have cash, they will tell you to use the ATM. The worker said it charges a $0.25 fee but when I checked my account there were 2 separate $2.00 charges, plus my withdrawal and the $0.25 fee. The work is subpar for what I paid: $75 for acrylic full set with "design" and $60ish for classic pedicure with paraffin and all white toes because if I wanted to do a French tip it would've been $18 extra? Couldnt make the math add up. One of my nails broke 2 days later. Corner of one nail is starting to lift and she didnt get the acrylic super close to my cuticle. read more

Service done: removing dip, followed by a manicure. As soon as one client got up, they sat me. Station, tools, counter...all DIRTY. Soaked my nails for maybe 1 minute. Then used electric tool to file off my Dip. Asked me to pay. Then painted my nails with clear polish. I still have dip on my nails. And my nail beds are red. read more

My grandmother and I made online appointments for Easter morning. We were greeted timely, and sat for our appointments with a wonderful mother and son. I went in with my daughter-in-law, looking for a nice pedicure for the both of us - to be performed at the same time - after shopping at Cascade Station. In hind sight, we should have just turned around and left. First off, this place was way understaffed to handle so much walk-in traffic even though they had 19 pedi chairs and 16 nail stations available. I saw a couple ladies sitting in the pedi chairs, soaking for over 10 minutes, with no one working on them. When we sat down, there was only one technician for the two of us - at first. Daughter-in-law's pedicure started and I was left to just soak in the tub next to her. I asked the tech if she was going to do both of our pedicures, which was not what we wanted. And her response was only a hand gesture (I'm not sure she understood my question). But far and away what discussed me the most was the unsanitary work practices. Another tech who finally did come to work on my feet (about 15 minutes after Daughter-in-law's pedi started) used the same unsanitary procedures as the other. So they clearly have been trained to work in this manner! Ugh!! I witnessed reuse of disposable implements, double-dipping of dirty hands into open pots of exfoliant and body lotions; and when she asked if I wanted my toe nails filed, and I said yes (thinking the question odd), she asked me if I had brought my own file!? "Uhmm, no." I said. "That's okay, I get for you - only $1 more." Seriously!? She brings over a little zip-lock bag that, yes had one new file and one new buffer block in it. She used them on my toes, then told me as she was putting these used disposable implements back into the zip-lock and handing them to me, "Here. You keep and when you come back, bring with you so we can use again, or when you go somewhere else, bring." Uhmm... pretty sure this practice was banned like back in 2000. Giving a patron their file for home use is one thing, but instructing them to bring it back for use next time is unsafe, unsanitary and unacceptable! The massage was no more than a rubbing in of the lotion that she squirted directly from the bottle onto my legs. I really should have spoken up at the time I was there. But I think I was just in such shock at their overall lack of safety and sanitation I was left dumbstruck. Until I had to pay $60 (plus $2 more for our files). Then I saw red. That is why I am writing such a scathing review. Absolutely, under no circumstances will I ever be back! And it's a shame, because the techs were nice and try their best with verbal customer service, but obviously lack proper safety and sanitation training. read more

For some reason I keep trying this place and every time I'm mad that I did. This last time was it for me. I went in for a specific color, burgundy. I wanted a manicure and pedicure. I sat down for the pedicure and she threw several rings of nail colors at me. She was on a headset and kept talking to someone else. When she finally asked me what color I wanted she had already started on my toes by cleaning them up and taking off the old nail polish. I told her I wanted a dark burgundy color, like a dark red. I was trying to describe because it didn't seem like she knew what I was talking about. She told me they didn't have that color. So I picked something that was somewhat close to burgundy, but turned out a gross brown. It didn't matter that I didn't like the color because there wasn't enough in the bottle, so she wiped it off and I picked some pink color I will change tomorrow at a different nail salon. When she was done with her half ass pedicure we stood up and I went to the register. She thought we were doing a manicure still, I said no thank you. I wanted a specific color and they didn't have it, so I told them that. When I told her that, she asked again what color I wanted and I said, "again, I wanted burgundy, like I had said several times." She turns and asks the other ladies working about burgundy. Another nail technician shows me her nails and says, "like this?" It was the color I wanted and she told the lady it was gel, what I had also wanted. So she offers to do the manicure, and I say no. Why couldn't she have asked just like that when I told her several times the color I wanted for the pedicure. The moment she thought she was losing money, she put in some effort. I'm done getting my hands or feet done at another place that doesn't give a shit. There has got to be some place good, they can't all be like this. read more

Definitely will not come back here!!!!! The last time I was here they messed up on my nails.... my nails were obviously crooked and started peeling off the next day. I got a shellac with acrylics and one of my acrylics popped off also! they told me they'd fix one of my nails for free!!! But only one I didn't have money to fix any of them as there where for my engagement photos and had to pay for them still. It was pretty ridiculous to because I had wasted that money only for my nails to be ruined and not have my nails done for my engagement photos!!! read more

We love the Nail Garden & traveled over 30 miles from home to celebrate my daughter's 8th Birthday. She wanted a spa party with manicures & pedicures so we came here. They are the best for little girls & we love the cute designs they put on the girls' fingers & toes!! I'd recommend Nail Garden for kids & adults alike. It's a great Mommy/daughter day activity too!! I walked in around 6 pm yesterday withb3 of my colleagues. We got immediate service, sat together and had a great time. We all had mani/pedi's, and our time there was enjoyable. Every time I come to Portland I come in to get a mani/pedi. My manicure was detailed and well done, as was my pedi. The leg massage was divine. Love coming to this place! In the last month, I've had 3 manicures, each at a different nail salon. Nail Garden at Cascade Station near PDX, was by far the best. It was a bit of a wait, even with my online appointment, but worth the extra 20 minutes. I had my nails dipped and topped with gel polish. I have been going to this nail salon for 4 years and always leave happy. They are clean, quick and friendly. I always in and out on my lunch hour and never be late for work. They refer debit card. However, if I forget my debit, they still take my debit. Staffs here seemed always happy. read more

The biggest nailsalon I know in Portland . Has a Bar services with wine .. 20 chairs for pedi and a lot of nail techs. They take walking. My shellac lasts 2 weeks. read more
