I know they prefer cash and they discount you if you pay with cash and then you can tip nail artist. The lady owner is usually nice she always greets me nicely but seemed flat. When I was paying , he rang it up with credit card machine for $179, I told him I have cash he said ok. I told him don't you give discount with cash he said no it would be 185 with card . It makes no sense because why wouldn't you ask first before you rang ir up? He always rings me up he tell you price and when he knows you have cash then he tells you how much? We liked our nails and our nail techs ! But they do some shady stuff. There's so many nail Salons out here and it's sad that I have to change but I'm not giving my business to people who take advantage of customers. No I didn't complain I don't have energy for that . They are *serious* about cleanliness and sanitation. My feel felt great and toenails look terrific. The bio gel nails are a true game changer! This was the best Mani/Pedi I've ever had, in a private room where people are not walking by, walking in, or sitting anywhere in your view. It's amazingly relaxing. That being said, I am the kind of person that mostly allows myself these luxuries because you get a free massage from the fancy massage chairs that almost feel like human hands. Hands Face Body Place had a massage chair but it was lacking, one that just kind of shakes, and now I need to book a massage instead. Call me cheap, whatever, but next time I guess I will take the language barrier and public gawking at my adorable toes in order to get the massage. Service was very fast - mani and pedi were done at same time! Leg massage was very nice. Doubt I will return because I didn't see any proper cleaning of tools, no disinfecting of the equipment. Vibe is quick, in and out. Shellac / gel seems to be their preference.
