Kasey Curtain is the best! She's been coloring and cutting my hair for 2.5 years, and I've even referred her to my sister. It's not in my best interest to write this review for fear she gets too popular and in-demand and I never get in to see her again, but what the heck! She's worth it. The compliments on my balayage and general hair health have never been more frequent, and she's really helped me navigate those terrible irreversible choices to do what's in my hair's best interest. Highly recommended for anyone, but if you have long hair / are dark-haired but like to play with bleach and color as I do without entirely frying your hair, know you'll be in the best hands. read more

I'm not reviewing an actual haircut as that never happened. I'm reviewing how this business seems to run. I had an appointment for 7/7/24 at 1pm with Grace. I got my reminder via text the day before. I live about 35 minutes away but I really wanted to try a new place out and my hair had gotten very long and needed some help. I was really looking forward to this. My husband dropped me off at 1pm and no one is inside that I could see. I knock and I wait around for 15 minutes. I call twice and no answers and finally leave a message. No one has returned my call, which is such a bummer. Won't be trying this place out. Wasted my time. read more

I am a huge fan of this salon and completely trust Aryn's hair acumen. I have thin hair and not alot of it, so I never expect my hair to look anything like my dream Pinterest pics. I really am not one to leave poor reviews. Buti feel this needs to be said. What I really wish hairdressers would be honest if they don't know how to cut short hair. When you scroll through the numerous salons the majority of all pics is a long layered cut. I emailed this salon hoping I could get someone to fix this $75 waste of money and have received zero response. Now, I'm spending another $75 and going out of state! Completely destroyed my virgin hair and fried it to the point where- as time went on I have lost half the length of my hair (about 8 inches or more) just from the bleach being left on to long and my ends falling off. It was not properly handled. Its been six months since I've been back there but Ive tried to make multiple appointments to get it redone and fixed and at the last minute/day of appointment I get canceled on. I have now gone and chosen a new Salon but unfortunately from the dye job that was done to my hair; It still bleeds from the color they put in; even after trying to get it all out with special products and then going all black. I now get extensions put in at my new salon just to have my length back. But I will never able to wash my hair normal again. read more

I love love love this salon and their fantastic stylist Aryn. I first met Aryn while desperately searching for someone to fix a botched short, curly haircut. There are very few salons out here that cut curly hair WELL & Aryn was able to fix the cut and knew exactly how to work with my 3B hair. Cassandra rocks! I've been very happy with my hair the three times I've seen her. She takes the time necessary to make sure I'm happy and comfortable and she genuinely cares. I do literally nothing to my hair most days and she always cuts it so that it will look good without styling. Please save yourself and do not go here. I had a great first experience, however the second experience has ruined my hair. I have spent years growing out my hair, and finally wanted to add some style to it. I wanted long bangs and came out with an uneven choppy mullet. Not even close to the picture I had brought in. I told the stylist I was really hesitant and did not want to come out with curtain bangs or looking like Farrah Fawcett. It's un-stylable. My years of growth progress are completely gone. I'm out here emotional because I feel like they captured my soul and put it in a haircut!! AJ knew exactly how to work with my hair and was able to take what I wanted (bangs) and do it in a way that would work for my hair type.
