They were clearly poorly done, showing how she put no care or real effort into my nails. On top of that, she caused me some of the worst pain I've ever had from a nail appointment. About a week and a half later, my pinky nail started lifting, which was extremely painful and a clear sign the acrylic was applied incorrectly. She was passive-aggressive throughout, calling me old and saying my head looked too big for my body in a backhanded way. When she started on my nail design, she became openly insulting, condescending, and belittling. I have auditory processing issues, and I'm on the spectrum, so explaining things concisely is one of my biggest struggles. Even with a reference photo for her, I struggled to answer her questions in a way that satisfied her. She told me I was giving her a headache and kept repeating the same few words, louder and more irritated, over and over again, when I would try to ask for clarification. I felt really uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. In the end, my sisters' and my nails cost $300--$150 for what are honestly the worst acrylics I've ever gotten. She rushed to finish so quickly that I didn't even get to properly check them until I got home, when it was obvious how bad, painful, and poorly done they were.

She runs a small salon and has one other nail technician which I appreciate and prefer a quieter salon because nails are supposed to be relaxing, right? Nancy did an amazing job with me and was very kind and had great conversation. I don't do anything wild with my nails and she is a specialty nail technician, but was still accommodating and provided a beautiful manicure & set. I returned a few days later to get a pedicure and acrylic on my big toes, she once again provided an amazing treatment & service being very kind and responsive to what I was wanting. I scheduled another appointment with her and I'm sure there will be many more !

I have short, fairly thin hair that manages to be pretty unruly nonetheless. I told her I liked the shape of my cut, but didn't like the behavior of certain spots -- and that I didn't really want to spend time styling myself everyday. She convinced me that a few snips with the thinning shears would not be the end of the world even for my fine hair (she was right), and she proceeded to judiciously razor trim and thin my problem areas with laser precision. Long story short, she was able to figure out how to give me exactly what I wanted out of my hair, and she did it with the cut instead of forcing me to rely on styling. Perfect! This lady is a GENIUS with cuts, and I have it on good authority from another customer that she's even better with color! And this is also the cheapest cut I've had in about eight years, even with a big tip added in. What more could you ask for? You won't regret coming to Sherri.

I'm back in the area now, and was afraid the salon may have changed. I just went in for a haircut and style. I loved it. Same great prices, but most of all quality service. My old stylist is no longer there, so I took the first stylist that could fit me in. Her name is Jessie, she did a great job, best haircut I have had in years! She is very young, but seems to be very knowledgeable. I will definitely go back to her again and again. Can't wait for a Mani and eyebrow job! Maybe I'll even add a pedi to my list of treats!

I understand that haircuts won't always look exactly like the inspiration pictures, and I would have been completely happy if it had turned out even somewhat similar. Unfortunately, the final result was very different from what I asked for. My hair now looks choppy and uneven, and I don't feel comfortable wearing it down. I left the salon without saying anything because I was nervous and thought maybe I was overreacting, but after looking at it more closely and getting feedback from others, I realized my concerns were valid.
