$2 hidden charge for your nail file and buffer (see photo) $2 extra for paying with card Mediocre nail salon. They were able to take me in right away with no appointments, that was nice. However I will say that this place is just ok. The lady who did my nails seem to be in a hurry and the quality was not worth $40 for the package I got. The massage was literally no more than 2 stinky minutes. The nail color finish is bumpy and quality isn't just there. I wouldn't return here.

LINDA BACK AT IT AGAIN WITH THE FLEEKY NAILS! If you are looking for a nail tech to come back to, I recommend LINDA. She is amazing and remembers everything and knows how you like it. I asked if she could do a yellow ombré, and she wasn't so sure how, but told me next time I come in I can get it. THEN BAM! A month later, she asked if I wanted the yellow ombré (she remembered ) and I was like, YES PLEASE. She fixes me up so nicely and is so gentle with my nails, no cuts, no complaints. She's so patient with my nails to make sure every nail is they way she would want it for herself. LOVE LOVE LOVE THAT. I live for a nail tech that loves taking pictures of her work. She is amazing. She will not leave you walking with disappointment. And that's a 100% guarantee from me! I will always let Linda do my nails from this point forward till I get old! She's a must! 10/10

Went to get my nails don't there today for the second time, the first time Linda dis my nails I was happy she took the time to do a good job I was very disappointed today when she did my nails again she hurried through getting my nails don't she did and awful job I would never recommend getting your nails done there and she charged me 46$ I don't even know what for because the job she did was terrible.ladies if you ever wanna get your nails don't don't see her. Also I did my pedicure and I brought my own nail polish because I feel more comfortable using my own polish they charged me full price as for gel polish and I asked why and she said because that's the price I explained to her what is written on their board and there was no end to that.

Don't bother making an appointment. I made a 4pm appointment and it took over 30 minutes to finally get a chair because only one person could do acrylics? Someone had two kids sitting in the waiting area being obnoxious and all over the place, don't know why guests are allowed right now. When it was finally my turn she had someone get up out of a chair and move down next to her friend and had me immediately sit in that chair, didn't sanitize it at all... Not the desk, not the chair, didn't change her gloves, nothing. Was very rough with my nails, they still hurt 4 hours later! Nipped my cuticles a few times because she was rushing, and dried the hell out of my hands and never offered lotion or cuticle oil. Nails are fine.. personal preference. Just wouldn't come back here during a pandemic, I thought safety measures were put in place for a reason..

I called Posh nails at 11:30am today and asked for LINDA. The lady on the phone said "What Can We Do For You"? It's wasn't in a welcoming tone either. I asked to book an appointment with LINDA at 12:30pm for fulllset she said ok. I asked if LINDA was going to be available as I wish to see her. She said yes. I arrived at 12:31pm and two that customers walked-in ahead of me. I said hello I have a 12:30pm with LINDA she said " You said 12:00" I told her there was no way that I would have made it in time in 30min. She said I would have to wait for the two customers that walked in ahead of me

I have been to every nail place in Gresham and just haven't been satisfied. I came here and was very very happy. She did an amazing job such beautiful work and so sweet. She did exactly what I wanted I highly recommend coming here.

Exactly what I asked, immediate service as a walk-in and for at a fair price. Pedicure and fill were completed quickly and the salon was quiet and clean. Thank you!

I have went to the salon before and have also loved the service and quality of the nails. I went back today on October 9 and loved my nails. Me and my niece both got very good service and she said she had a good time. I got a square acrylic shellac French tip set that was very well shaped and loved it. This is my go to place and I refer everybody!!! Linda is the best and my fav, but they're all so nice.

First off, there's not enough pictures posted to showcase their work! I absolutely loved my friend's nails so I asked her where she went and she told me that she goes here and her nail tech was Linda! I came in and was greeted by Linda's smile right away. She's very sweet, fast, a perfectionist and also attentive. She listens and makes sure you like your nails. Even though I drove all the way from Vancouver to Gresham, it was well worth it! I couldn't be any happier! I'm usually really particular with my nails too. Most places make it thick with a hump on the nail bed. I like the coffin shape, long and thin and Linda was able to achieve just what I wanted! I definitely recommend her! You won't be disappointed! Good prices for amazing work!

I went in here Saturday morning only had to wait 15 minutes. This was my first time coming here and the staff was very nice and the lady who did my nails was very friendly and attentive. As for the nails they came out great! Though the nail polish color didn't stick very well. She did three coats and it was still showing through a bit. I paid 41$ in total for the nails. I'm not sure if that's a good price or not because I don't really do my nails. But overall I liked my experience and will definitely be going back!

I came here 3 times and 2 times I left unsatisfied. First time I came in I got a full set of acrylics. The lady who did my nails didn't file the top down enough and left them super thick with ridges. She also got lint in the gel polish so I was left walking around with pieces of fuzz in my acrylics... Third time I came in to get a new set. The lady didn't soak my old ones off and instead ripped/peeled them off which was super painful. She also left me with CUTS on 3 of my fingers which did bleed from filing my nails so vigorously. She seemed upset when I asked her to make my nails shorter and took out her anger on me and left me with those cuts. They do a good job painting the nails but it's not worth the pain and risk of infection... very upset. Not ever coming back.

Okay, so I really liked my set and gave this place an amazing review, but on the second day of having my nails done the gel changed color. I'm not sure why that was, but it changed to an orange. I've had them on for a while and they're still holding on strong. So that's a plus.

I went to posh nails today since the one Ive been going to is closed on sundays. I asked for a soak off which was $10 but I didn't get a soak off... the acrylic was taken off by nail clippers, the cuticle clippers and a nail tip. A NAIL TIP!! It was kind of painful & my hands were shaking the entire time. After the acrylics were off, I was asked if I wanted to trim my nails and I said no just filing. I wanted to keep my natural nail length regardless of how off/wonky they'll look but they got shorter and shorter... (they'll grow back fast I said in my head). Many ppl have different methods to taking off acrylic but I didn't think this was a proper way

I went in there with high expectations. I came out completely, oblivious to how bad the treatment could be. Polish everywhere very messy. I think they could improve a lot, but it just needs some more work. I went in for them to take my nail polish off and a cleaning. read more

I've been coming here for the past year for a pedicure but today they had someone new and they messed up my toe. cut it to short & to round. She looked like she didnt know what she was doing and then the nail buffer fell on the ground and she tried using it on me!!! had to ask 3 times for a new one & they wanted to charge me for a new one. the lady continued to try to keep filing my to nails even when I told her they were to short. Definitely not coming back here. read more

Never again! $2 charge for a nail file that I have to bring back? Absolutely INSANE. Didn't I drive to the nail salon to have my nails done?! I asked for gel and they didn't shape or even out my nails. My nails are totally uneven and sucky paint job. No wonder there was no wait to get in. Not to mention the weird stares by the staff I got when I washed my hands and suddenly their conversations came to a complete holt. I felt totally uncomfortable. read more

I had the pleasure of getting Linda to do my full set. My appointment was for 6:00, she didn't leave me waiting, and i was done and out of the salon by 6:45, no joke!!! And everything was PERFECT! The shape, filing, painting, everything. I couldn't be happier with my nails! People have asked me where I go and who does my nails and surely i referred them to Linda! I used to come here a lot and loved it because it's close to my house but I didn't quite like the attitude of the ladies and the pricing was a bit much. I took a break and went elsewhere for a while but now I've returned. The customer service was a lot better when I recently went and my nails were UNREAL. Some of the best I've ever had. The only complaint I have is the selection of regular polish is so small. :( I think they want people to go towards shellac. read more

I visited a few months ago for a basic manicure. I brought polish with me because I wanted a specific color and made it clear I didn't want a gel manicure. The lady helping me still tried to upsell me and I had to say no three times before she gave up. I almost walked out, but I've worked in retail so I know that upselling is a big part of the job. She asked for payment just before my nails were painted so I handed over a $20. It didn't dawn on me until I got in my car that she never gave me my change. I was planning on giving her the change as a tip, but she just assumed I'd give it to her! I don't plan on ever going back, but I added a second star because I was happy with the manicure itself. read more

They are great at making conversation but along with good communication they persuade you to do more with your nails and don't tell you the price till after. I got a full set, no color and charged me $50 because of the shape and they were "long". When I asked about shellac they were saying two different prices for some odd reason and when calculating my amount they were about to charge me $30 extra. When I was confused about the price the lady was saying how she's never dealt with someone like this. Be sure to ask and calculate your price before leaving! read more

Omg. This place is awesome! I just moved here from Seattle and the prices are hands down the best. Kim gave me a Champagne and Roses pedicure and she was so gentle and delightful. She also went to town on my callouses and removed them all! This place rocks! I'll def be back. read more

I absolutely love this nail salon. I have tried over 100 nail places in the Hillsboro-Beaverton-Portland area and I finally found a place that I love! Linda and the girls are extremely friendly, and the service is amazing. I don't ever have to correct a job they've done or worry about them hurrying to get my nails done. Rest assured the quality you will receive is high no matter what time of the day you go to get your nails done. read more

Was exiting try this place out since it was so close to home but left unsatisfied. I came in on a Friday and was taken right away. I got the coffin shape and they looked so bad . I asked the woman to fix some nails saying that they are not even and not the same but she did not do anything about it . WAY OVERPRICED! I paid 41 dollars for a full set of short nails when at my regular place only pay about 28 to 30 dollars..... so there goes trying a new place . read more

They were clearly poorly done, showing how she put no care or real effort into my nails. On top of that, she caused me some of the worst pain I've ever had from a nail appointment. About a week and a half later, my pinky nail started lifting, which was extremely painful and a clear sign the acrylic was applied incorrectly. She was passive-aggressive throughout, calling me old and saying my head looked too big for my body in a backhanded way. When she started on my nail design, she became openly insulting, condescending, and belittling. I have auditory processing issues, and I'm on the spectrum, so explaining things concisely is one of my biggest struggles. Even with a reference photo for her, I struggled to answer her questions in a way that satisfied her. She told me I was giving her a headache and kept repeating the same few words, louder and more irritated, over and over again, when I would try to ask for clarification. I felt really uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. In the end, my sisters' and my nails cost $300--$150 for what are honestly the worst acrylics I've ever gotten. She rushed to finish so quickly that I didn't even get to properly check them until I got home, when it was obvious how bad, painful, and poorly done they were.

They made me wait 25 mins before someone worked on my nails. The first woman took off my previous dip and sanded the nail beds. Then, she gave me to a different woman for the next steps. I had already told her I did not want that woman as she had done my nails previously and they were lumpy and had a black speck on one nail that I saw and told her that wasn't supposed to be there and she said you wouldn't be able to see it when we were done but when we were done you could see it plain as day and when I asked her to redo that nail, she said she couldn't see anything and the nail was fine. So, I told the woman I would rather have someone else do the finishing of the nails this time. She then sanded my nails some more for the prep and I had to wait an additional 30 mins for another woman to be available. No problem, a good set of nails is worth the wait. Overall, it took them 2 hours to do nails that shouldn't have taken more than 70 mins. Normally, my nails last 3 weeks and the only thing forcing me to get them redone at that time is the grow out. 6 days after getting my nails dipped, the tips and sides started to peel away from the dip and the top coat started to peel off. I was out of town and couldn't go back to the salon until day 10, and by that time 3 of my nails had the tips ripped off completely from snagging on stuff. Keep in mind these are my real nails. I've been having my nails dip mani for over 4 years straight and this has never happened. This was caused by lack of experience and expertise when prepping and finishing my nails. When I finally went into the salon to show the manager my nails, she said that happens with real nails. Ummm, no it doesn't. It's never happened to me. I asked for her to remove the remaining product from my nails and provide me a refund of my $70 I paid. She said refunds were against their policy but she would have someone fix them. I had already had everyone at her store do my nails at some point and none of them were worth $70 and 2 hours of my time. So no thanks on your sub par service. Ultimately, she chose to not give me a refund and told me she would prefer I leave a negative review of her business. I was very disappointed in her choice of outcome.

I was greeted by voice by busy workers, told to pick color. After a short wait I was shown to a chair . No one asked what kind of pedicure , offered water or anything else. The pedicure proceeded quietly with almost no conversation until the end . I was told to wait for nails to dry . After 15 minutes I started to get up and someone came to help me. I went to desk , paid and said good bye. At that time other workers in the shop did say goodbye. Nothing terrible , just not welcoming or informative . The pedicure was ok, the help I asked for was given but not done as well as could have been . I won't go back.

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately $60 for a full set that is basically crooked and wrong doesn't feel fair. I just simply left after paying. And i dont think ill be back. Could be worth another shot. But im not satisfied.
