Amazing job
Imonee F.

I went in at the right time again and was able to get a pedicure and a fill . Spent two hrs in there but it was well worth the stay .

Web design right foot

The owner who didn't care to speak to us in English preferred to laugh at us after speaking Vietnamese to the other technicians. These folks don't seem to take pride in their work so I highly doubt we will return for a third time. unfortunately they don't take pride or professionalism seriously in what they do. The technician never even asked us if we wanted this design although we accepted it regardless please see it for yourself we assume that it is supposed to be a spiderweb along with a spider it looks terrible if you ask us...

New ownership. Much nicer and cleaner than before. Good service... just slow 2 hrs and 45 minuets for a Mani-Ped

Beautiful nails. Talented manicurists that are thorough and friendly. I got a pedicure and manicure on a super busy day and i feel they still took their time and did an amazing job. Thank you

Van did an amazing job on my nails. They're really sturdy but nice and thin. Not super thick and bubbly, just how I like it. She also was very clear with me and told me the price of what I wanted to get done and made sure I was fine with that. The salon was very clean and organized and they followed safety procedures for Covid-19 Will definitely go again!

Messy pedi

I came in for a pedicure ($21 w/ kit paid cash) Very friendly ladies however my pedicure was quick, they didn't exfoliate enough and the girl only did one coat of polish! Not to mention my nails weren't buffed or filed evening and there is polish on my skin. I won't return, wish I could've had a better experience because they were nice.

Walked in. It was a bit of a wait, but they tried their very best to fit me into their busy schedule. 100% satisfied with my nails

My sister in law has been raving about La Fleur and I was in a desperate need of a new set. It's a bit of a hidden gem. I was in the area and decided to walk in to check out the place for myself. It was a bit of wait (they have been booked full for the entire day) but they did their very best to fit me in. Would highly recommend scheduling ahead of time to avoid a long wait. As for my nails, I am 100% satisfied.

1st time here. Pedi is great so far. Looking forward to my mani.

Gel manicure! Real nails !

There is a few review that give you mix feelings about this place and that's how I felt ! I came in and they did just a great job on my gel manicure and pedicure!! Everyone is so sweet & welcoming. They make sure to get you into a chair as soon as they can! Last few times I've came in with ideas they have done a great job and did my nails just how I wanted them too!

So I came here because I was not around my nail place. I just literally walked out the door of this nail salon and the man that did my nails I am assuming his name is Tom he had long hair. He was horrible he was doing everything soo fast I asked for coffin shaped nails and they do not Look the part. I also wanted him to clean them like around the edges and he didn't even do that. My nails look horrible I am so embarrassed Do those look like quality nails? They are so uuuuglyy. This is partially my fault I could have just waited to get to my usual nail spot. I am so disappointed.

Terrible nail shape don't recommend this place these nails are an embarrassment got me highly messed up on all types of level

Disappointed on the job they did never again am I going back they did the most hideous coffin shape ever disgusted with my nails

Sad that I had to pay for this kind of a manicure. Will not be returning
Holly R.

I had a bad experience prior to this but decided to go back because I really believe sometime people just have their days. I shouldn't have gone back. I honestly can't believe I paid for this shellac manicure. There was very little effort put into it and it looks horrible. I ended up going to a different salon, paying them to take off the shellac, and redo my nails. I will not be going back here.

I had to show a picture to prove how horrible my nails are for 40$

Always love coming to Glamour. The team is so friendly and patient. Today Lucy did an amazing job…read morewith a design I surprised her with. She was so sweet and friendly. Love Glamour, give them your business!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR BUILDER GEL I've been here twice before…read morethe first time with Ann for a glazed doughnut mani was great, but she no longer works there The second time I got a mani and gel pedi but the tech did not seem very skilled at basic polish it was all over the place and sloppy before she fixed it But today was so bad I should have taken a video but was in disbelief and was trying to be polite I'm from LA where nail tech skill is VERY good. Today I went in for a full set builder gel and it was the absolute worst technique I could imagine, she applied giant globs of gel at the base spilling all over the edges my nails were fat and lumpy and uneven and then barely any at the tips and I kept telling her this is not proper technique she should be applying an even layer all the way down and she said she would file it later. I kept insisting she stop doing that but she didn't listen. She CURED THEM with giant globs then filed them and I was like you don't see the globs? There not even! They're lumpy. This is the epitome of what every video online wil l tell you NOT to do! I had to teach her proper technique that she should be applying an even layer. My nails looked horribly and she basically had to file off ALL of the builder gel and then go over it with regular gel. To finally make them look normal. The sides are still fat and lumpy. I had to file them myself when I left. I was planning on coming here to get my nails done for my wedding in a few weeks but unfortunately the skill level at this salon with builder gel is very alarming. I wanted to stop her but the gel was on at that point. I'm flying to LA tomorrow and will have them fix it. I'm not trying to be mean but the management needs to teach proper technique. It was low effort and they should take better care of having higher quality skill. Please watch a video online or tik tok of how to apply builder gel if you go here and then compare the technique they are using you will see it is not industry standard. The place is beautiful and I really wish I had a better experience because my first one was wonderful. But the results have been too inconsistent each time

A lot of places will only do the designs they have examples of, no matter how similar something else is that you want. Not these ladies! These ladies will do anything that you want them to. What phenomenal customer service that is, and they're so inexpensive too. I always get all 10 nails designed now - I may as well since they're going to look so awesome for They do a good job of really listening to you and understanding what you want. Maybe I shouldn't be surprised since the very second time I walked in they remembered my name and exactly what I liked. Who does that? No one does that! They do that :-) I love these ladies and you will too.

I had one of the worst nail salon experiences I've ever had. In over 10 years of getting my nails…read moredone, I have never left a salon feeling this uncomfortable, frustrated, embarrassed, and disrespected. This was my first time coming here. I had a male nail tech, who I'm not sure was the owner or related to the owner. I asked for an ombré on my natural nails. Anytime I tried to explain something I wanted changed or adjusted, I felt like I was being told that I didn't know what I wanted. Instead of simply listening to me as the client, nearly every concern turned into a back-and-forth conversation. What made it even more uncomfortable was that whenever he would say something, other employees would immediately join in or make comments as well. It created an extremely uncomfortable environment and made me feel like I was being ganged up on simply for speaking up about a service I was paying for. At one point, I genuinely felt like the employees were talking about me, so I started recording. Shortly afterward, it seemed like the conversation shifted to why I was recording, which only added to how uncomfortable I already felt. The part that bothered me the most was when he was filing my natural nails with the electric file. It became hot and was burning my finger, so I pulled my hand away and told him it was burning. Instead of acknowledging what I was physically feeling, he told me that it "shouldn't be burning." Whether it was supposed to or not, it was burning me. I should not have to argue with someone about what I am physically feeling on my own hand. I was also surprised to be charged separately for shaping my natural nails when they were already essentially the shape I wanted and only needed minor cleanup. I understand nail services can become expensive, and I have no problem paying for services, but I do expect charges to make sense and be clearly communicated. By the end, I was visibly frustrated and embarrassed from repeatedly trying to communicate what I wanted. I understand there may have been a language barrier, and I tried to remain patient and respectful because of that. However, a language barrier does not excuse making a customer feel dismissed, laughed at, or uncomfortable for expressing concerns about their service. Despite the entire experience, I still kindly tipped him. What really bothered me was that even after I tipped, I heard what sounded like side comments followed shortly afterward by laughter. After already feeling like I was being talked about throughout my appointment, that was extremely uncomfortable and honestly felt disrespectful. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was asking for small adjustments to the service I was paying for and communicating when something physically hurt. A customer should be able to do that without feeling like they are inconveniencing the nail tech or becoming the topic of conversation among the staff. For a first-time customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. I came in wanting to get my nails done and enjoy myself--not leave feeling embarrassed for speaking up about my own nails. I still remained respectful, paid for my service, and tipped despite how uncomfortable I felt. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this was far from anything close to "luxury" I will not be bringing my business or money back here again.
