Not sure if it's the manager or owner but she was extremely rude, and not so well-trained. I came in right when the store opened asking for gel removal and she handed me a cotton ball with acetone and basically told me to leave. I came back later after my brunch when I saw more people inside and asked to get my gel removed. She came over and said I had asked for regular polish removal earlier. I said "I didn't but do you have anyone who can take off gel nails?". She then KEPTTTT coming over to say how I said regular nails earlier. And??? We are done with what happened earlier and you mishearing me. Also $15 for gel removal is so expensive. read more

Mary was my nail technician and she did an absolutely fantastic job! I was a walk in and they were able to do both a gel manicure and a regular polish pedicure! I asked her if she could do a design I found online and without hesitation she said yes. Everyone who works there is super hospitable and friendly. After my pedicure Mary helped me put on my shoes and helped me put on my bag just the best service I have ever gotten! Could not recommend more! I love my nails, and Azula does too! Well, if you have beautiful nail beds and naturally nice nails this is probably a fine place to go and get a manicure. I had the dip w/extentions put on and my god-aweful nails look even worse then they did before I went in. The person who worked on my nails could have made an effort to shape the layers in a way that made up for my terrible shaped nails, but in the end, I felt like I was on an assembly line and I got the usual treatment. If you hope to come out with better looking nails that when you walked in... and don't have beautiful nails to begin with - I'd go somewhere else. read more

I was treated very rudely. I was sent to the new employee who had only been working for a couple of months. He did not exfoliate my feet and rushed through my pedicure leaving my feet feeling rough and my toenails feeling jagged. When I voiced my concern, he told me that I had to pay for a callous removal. His "massage" felt more like he simply lotioned my calves and pulled on two of my toes. My manicure was not much better. The manicurist failed to massage my hands, instead she beer licked her fingers with mine and then wiggled my hand. She neglected to lotion my hands and when I brought attention to the fact, she walked away. The manager gave me some lotion and then said to me in a curt tone: You're done" while I was rubbing the lotion in. I wasn't so much in the market for a manicure as a hand massage, my hands have really sore and tired lately the manicure was just the icing on the cake! I have never been here before and have been hesitant to get my nails done again with COVID (it's been almost a year) but the reviews for this place were great so thought I would give it a shot. First, with regards to COVID, they now require appointments. When you arrive they take your temp and have you sign a health document attesting to the fact that you are symptom free and tracing protocols etc. They also have you sanitize your hands before starting. The salon is very clean. They have acrylic barriers between you and the technician so think of it like getting your nails done at the bank counter through the slot. Also I went on a Monday at 11 so there was nobody else there almost the whole time I was. Music is nondescript and not to loud...I appreciate this as I have been places with music that is to loud and to taste specific, their music was just like white noise in a good way. I got the Center Manicure (not gel), you get a hot wax treatment and a bomb hand and arm massage. The manicure was done really well and in fact it's now a week later and still in pretty good shape (considering I do a lot of projects with my hands). The technician was great, very friendly, quiet (I appreciate the quiet) and soooo good at what she does. The hand massage was wonderful (I have a little bit of arthritis so my hands get stiff and sore). I wish I got her name :(. I will definitely be going back! read more

I went with my best friend to get our nails done for my wedding this weekend. I'm usually a regular and go here every two weeks but after this visit, I don't think I can go back. My nails were great but my best friend had a lady butcher her toes and fingers and when she would pull away or say this is hurting me she would just tell her to stop moving and sit still and blamed her. She was very rude and erratic and immediately after we were done we were rushed to pay without getting lotion or anything. Horrible visit.
