From the beginning, the experience was awkward and disorganized. The first person working on me seemed unsure of what she was doing and then, partway through my pedicure, simply left. No one explained anything to me or even checked to see if I was okay. Eventually another person came over, worked on me for a while, and left as well. A third person ultimately finished the service. After all of that, the actual pedicure was terrible. I have photos from immediately afterward that show the quality of the work. I paid $80 and left feeling like I had received one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. When I got home, I called and spoke with a manager and sent her photos. Instead of simply acknowledging how poor the service had been, the conversation became argumentative. I asked for the pedicure to be redone, and she refused, saying they had already spent so much time on me. Much of that "time," however, was me sitting there waiting while different people came and went. What bothered me just as much was the way my complaint was handled. At one point I was told that the employees were trying to earn a living and support their families, which had absolutely nothing to do with whether I received the professional service I paid $80 for. I shouldn't have been made to feel guilty for complaining about genuinely poor work. Eventually the manager became much nicer and told me that because I was leaving town, I could call when I returned and she would redo the polish. I became sick after my trip and wasn't able to follow up immediately. When I did call a couple of weeks later, my calls were not returned. I gave them an opportunity to make this right before posting a review. They didn't. This wasn't simply a pedicure I didn't happen to like. I realized I'd need to address my feet before they became cloven hooves, but also wanted to stay close to home - some place easy and nearby and simple to schedule. Both times I've been, I just called and could pretty much ask to come in that afternoon / without an hour. I was pleasantly surprised by a nice foot and leg massage that I just so badly needed (and she was super careful too, knowing about my injury). Tina herself is very charming and sweet. After I explained that I had called earlier and was given a 4:30 appointment, she insisted there was no appointment on the schedule and repeatedly asked who I had spoken with. At that point, I explained that all I needed was a basic acrylic removal. She eventually told me to wait, so I did. Not only was the service disorganized, but I also felt I was overcharged for such a simple removal service. The overall experience felt unprofessional and unfriendly. The staff was rude, communication was poor, and there was no effort made to provide a welcoming experience- even something as simple as a polite goodbye was missing. If you're looking for a salon that values customer service and respects its customers' time, I would suggest trying another nail salon. I told the tech that I didn't like the color, but she said it looks darker after it dries. It didn't. The books are not accurate to color, so when they ask you if you like it and you don't, change it right then.

Tiffany is the manager here and she is always pleasant and kind quick to take reservations for anyone and work her schedule to fit your schedule.
