When I was paying , he rang it up with credit card machine for $179, I told him I have cash he said ok. I told him don't you give discount with cash he said no it would be 185 with card . It makes no sense because why wouldn't you ask first before you rang ir up? He always rings me up he tell you price and when he knows you have cash then he tells you how much? I live in San Diego so didn't have a nail place in Portland. After this encounter I decided to come back. I got a Gel Builder manicure. I had never heard of it before. They explained that you don't have the gel removed each time you can just have it filled in. They don't have to soak in acetone. They file away the color when you come to get the fill done.
