I've driven by this place before and wanted to try them out. I needed a fresh manicure badly. I didn't check in and I was seated right away, got gel removed and a fresh coat of Bubble Bath opi mani! The gentlemen was detailed and did a nice job. Massage was brief as others mentioned. Nice ambiance, quiet. I'm admiring the castle mural/polish wall.. I do look forward to coming back in the future. I've been coming to adore nails for a couple years now and any time I go ANYWHERE ELSE I regret it. Adore gets it right every time, I asked for a simple French tip and that's exactly what I was given. I feel like some places now can't even do that. AND the people are great, I love Leon! I've been a regular here since they opened and have never been disappointed. I always get acrylics and usually show a few photos/describe the shape I want and they do it perfectly--down to the shaping, design, etc. The nail art is so good! They are really good at matching it to the photos you show but also freestyling if you prefer. My boyfriend also has gotten a manicure many times and really enjoyed it-- he said his nails felt very healthy and the clear gel helped him stop biting his nails lol. The interior is super cute as well, with a hand-painted castle on the wall and cute decorations, new and comfy chairs. They even have a little bar station for drinks. I really tried to love this place. It's pretty inside and I wanted to support a small business. But they can never get my daughter's eyebrows right. One arch high, the other low. And they don't look clean more ruffed up she has naturally bushier eyebrows nothing close to this looks butchered. Every time I ask for a simple fix, it feels like they ignore her -- maybe because she's a teenager. Today was the last straw. We asked for a small correction and he told me no... then told us not to come back. I even tipped, and they still refused to refund or fix it. As a single mom, I can't afford to throw money away like that. I wanted to support them, but instead I left feeling disrespected, dismissed, and really disappointed. read more

My daughter, granddaughter and I all went together for a pedicure as we were celebrating my birthday. The salon was beautiful and very clean. They offered us our choice of complimentary beverages. The vibe at Adore Nails is one of aggression. The owners (Leon and his wife) are constantly yelling at each other in their language. Although I obviously couldn't understand what they were saying, their tone says it all. I asked the gal doing my brows what was going on and she said they're always fighting. Leon, always did my nails and his work needed to be redone by another one of the employees. I've finally found a fantastic nail salon with a great vibe and where they do incredible work. Interestingly enough, former employees of Adore Nails work there. They said they couldn't stay working at a place like Adore. I do, however, wish them my best and hope somehow the owners work out their differences and keep their misery out of the salon, if they hope to succeed. read more

i walked out in tears. I'm having a baby in 2 weeks and went to get my natural nails done after going there a month prior. they seem to have let go the nail tech that worked on me before, but told me they could do chrome. I use my nails for work making children's book telling on YouTube so my nails are very important. the nail tech didn't know how to apply builder gel, then didn't know how to apply chrome then let me walk out with half polished nails that had been buffed after she painted them. I was In tears and now have to take maternity pictures with these. DONT GO HERE unless you want a traditional set, this is not a Solon for natural nails or soecialty nails. they will say they know how but just get. basic color and don't bother with the gel. their application is bubbly. read more

We got the classic pedicure, we booked the appointment and still had to wait for 30 min until the girl came to us, the massage was weak and very short, all of my toes came out uneven, the paint came off on the same day and it took 2 hours. What a waste of my time and money and I would never go back there again. The girl is obviously new and is still in training, I don't even think she is certified as a nail tech. read more

Horrible nail job! I think her name was chubby lady in her 50s. It looks like she doesn't know what a good manicure is. I wanted a manicure and pedicure. After she finished pedicure, it was so bad, uneven and weird shape nails she did. I came home and reshaped all my fingers on my feet! read more

Got the pedicure and the massage was very weak. The paint came off the same day. The interior does look better than the exterior.

After my pedicure they left me waiting in the chair with my hands soaking in acetone for 30 minutes. The owner even asked me to remove the acetone and fake nails from my fingers my self. This is one of the best nail salons I have been to! Honestly, I went in because it's in my neighborhood, and since they are new, they are running a 30% off all services. Unlike most nail salons, they don't treat you like cattle. They take their time and don't pressure you purchase more services. They are incredibly kind and genuine. They get an extra star because my pedicure was decent. But right off the bat the lady doing my nails talked so much shit without knowing I was Vietnamese myself. We went most of the pedicure seeing how much she would talk, but then when I responded in Vietnamese, she tried telling me not to take anything she said truthfully. I'd like to go get a service done and not sit through the awkwardness of hearing someone bad mouth their clients. I will never come back because of the customer service here. I called in beforehand to schedule a pedicure for my boyfriend and I. We ended up showing up earlier than our scheduled time and we were greeted immediately. They did such a great job on my toes! You can tell they are very thorough and clean. My toes have never looked prettier or felt softer. The place is beautiful inside and relaxing. I will definitely come back with my mother and friends.
