Wanted something soft and feminine. Changed from almond to square. Square is already not working for my style. Going to try coffin/ballerina shape next time. I also went from gel to shellac for a more natural feel on the nail, so far I'm enjoying the change. They were pretty busy so a few nails are a bit sloppy but overall I still enjoy this salon. After calling prior to heading from Vancouver i confirmed that they could do two fills and pedicures upon arrival she confirmed that is what we wanted. When starting our toes we picked out both colors we intended for nails and feet. The ladies start one must be new because she doesn't polish she just gives massages. The lady that did my French tip was horrible my French tips well let me just insert a photo . After finishing my feet she then explains we need to return tomorrow for nails . I started going to this salon many years ago, when they had a different owner. I tried out some different places but today I returned here and am so glad I did. You can pay more for nothing better or save a little money by coming here and get excellent service in a comfortable, casual setting. I $16 more for the same pedicure elsewhere but here received so much attention and effort in an excellent leg scrub and hot stone massage. In search of a different nail salon to regularly make appointments at, I drove by VIP Natural Nails and decided to walk in. They were more than willing to take me. My first impression was that it wasn't very busy, it was clean, and their color selection was great. They do an excellent job here. Easily the best manicure I have ever gotten. Close attention to detail, they take their time to do their trade well, and they were genuinely kind. I got a shellac mani and she gave me FOUR coats of the gel color as well as the base and top coat. That made my nails look rich and healthy. After taking off a horrible acrylics nail job I got elsewhere, as well as giving me such a great nail treatment, I was only charged $25. I can now say I've found my new favorite nail bar! read more

I got toe nail fungus on my big toe from this place I've never got this before from any nail place. Another thing is they tried to charge me a higher priced pedicure not what I received. They reused a hot towel after they put it on another person put it back in the heat and reused it. NEVER going back there. GROSS!! read more

They are super nice ladies but when they were doing my pedicure they cut my toe a bit but you can't really see it, I only knew because when she was applying the finishing polish on, it went over the cut and stung a lot. It was just an accident but they also cut my friend when they were doing her nails too. They just need to be more careful that's all. I moved here last year and needed to find a good nail salon, I must have tried 5 or 6 before I found this one. Wonderful staff who take their time and do it right!! The ladies here are so nice and so good at their skill! Best pedicure massage ever by Emmy! I went with the Roman pedicure to get the hot rocks and wax. The extra $5 is so worth it! The massage chairs are great! Even my shellac manicure was awesome. I was 1 of 2 people with our eyes closed out of relaxation. My new favorite nail place to go to. My mom won a gift certificate at an auction to VIP Natural Nails so we went there to cash it in. They gave my sister and I the BEST pedicure we've ever gotten. We chose the deluxe which was $35 and completely worth it. I went back a second time with my friend. I got powder on my nails because they are so soft and weak. They told me the powder will help them grow and they have! They also put shellac on top. They feel amazing. My friend got acrylics with dip on top and said they were the best set she's ever gotten! Had a healthy experience with Vanna. She's so sweet and really took care of my terrible nails I received from a different salon. She brought my nails to life and made them beautiful. I'm going back this week for a follow up refill. A very professional and clean salon that's definitely worth what you pay for.
