He charged me an extra fee for the color change, which was fine, but then tried to pressure my friends into paying the fee in cash for me. While I was picking out a new shade, he hovered over me and my friends the entire time, making us feel rushed and uncomfortable. His attitude made what should have been a simple decision feel stressful. At checkout, I explained that I didn't have cash and would just pay the additional charge with my card. Instead of handling it professionally, he threw his hands up in the air and demanded cash. The entire interaction was unnecessary and incredibly unprofessional. Customer service goes a long way, and being treated with impatience and disrespect over a simple color change is unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone looking for a welcoming experience.

I was the 2nd person in there in the morning and had to get a last minute Gel Pedicure for a wedding and I was not disappointed at all. This hidden gem is literally at the corner of Target and it was perfect timing while walking out LOL. I forget the lovely lady that did my pedicure, but I did take a picture of her and I wish I could put her in my pocket and bring with me to California along with the price HAHAHAA! The chair was super comfy and the vibe was super genuine. This will definitely by my go to when I am in Portland to see family.

They do note that there are additional costs for "add ons" but I felt a little surprised that getting a certain shape would cost me an extra $5 per finger, plus an extra cost per finger for French tip. I was very surprised to find that a simple full set with a French tip design would be $105 dollars. Overall she did do a nice job and I was happy with my nails, but I had to walk back in once I left to have her put on the clear coat she forgot to put on my nail which left it sticky and easily damaged.
