I was the 2nd person in there in the morning and had to get a last minute Gel Pedicure for a wedding and I was not disappointed at all. PERFECT 'Clear Red' DND brand gel manicure by Long (owner). I have been coming since last summer & told him my nail needs and dilemmas. He does a layer of dip first to adhere to my oily, weak, & flexible nail beds and that has solved basically all of my issues. He and his wife are the sweetest owners and offer snacks, waters, and today a lady told me she always enjoys a Vietnamese coffee from them when she visits! DO NOT GO HERE !! I was very descriptive and made sure to explain I wanted coffin shaped nails . She charged me 60$ when multiple of the fingers are not even filed straight . When i asked her to look at a nail and try to fix it she immediately dismissed me and told me that customers worry too much. Not a single nail matches in length on either hand . If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came in for a fill in and was very unsatisfied. The owner (the one with the purple hair) tried to charge me $41!! When I told her I would pay but she had to fix my nails, she threw a fit and snatched my card out my hand. She then proceeded to write my credit card information down and yell it out in the store!! Once again it is so freaking hot in here!! :/ It's 82 degrees outside and they have the door wide open instead of the A/C. On! It's really hard to relax when its hot. The women that did my pedicure seemed upset and put out that she had to do my pedicure. She barely massaged my legs and feet. She was done with everything in 20minutes. The lady working here was really nice but she really messed up my nails. I wanted coffin shaped nails and the shapes were all different, half of them were crooked. When it came to the paint, there was bubbles in them she didn't fix, and she shaved the sides of my nails after they were painted so the paint was all messed up. I also wanted chrome on one nail, which she applied with her finger and it didn't get the whole nail. On the other hand when she did the chrome, it wasn't even chrome it was just glitter so my nails were completely different. I ended up taking off all the polish and going somewhere else to get them fixed. When I got there, they told me "the shape of your nail is almost unfixable". I paid $45 for those nails and it was definitely not worth it. read more
