I've been coming here about one year for nail fills, pedicures and facial waxing. Some of the employees speak good English, some barely know any English, but they're all very nice. My favorite is Nu, she's a fantastic nail tech. They used to only accept cash payments (on-site ATM) but they recently installed a credit card payment system. Their polish selection is quite extensive. They offer complimentary beverages with pedicures (including wine and mimosas) and non-alcoholic beverages with nail services (soda, coffee, tea). Parking in this neighborhood can be really, really challenging, so give yourself a few extra minutes to either circle the block a few times or maybe park a couple blocks away and walk. read more

My first time visiting this salon and I'll for sure visit again. The salon was clean, the staff was professional and I am pleased with my service. I received a builder gel fill and a spa pedicure with gel polish, my total came out to $139. Nails: fill, with French tip, design and jewels -$66 Toes: deluxe spa pedicure with gel $73 Wendy did my toes and she did an amazing job on my massage and clean up of my cuticles, she was so sweet and attentive! Not everyone here is bad but women in photo I do not recommend. Very rude!! When you're nervous at the nail shop to speak up about not liking your nails, the way this woman reacts is why! Asked before started if she could do design (was complex) and she said yes, when I told her after 1-2 nails a few things I wanted fixed she snapped back and said "I'm not done" so I shut up and trusted the process, she finished another 2-3 nails and then asked how I liked them so far, I told her what I wanted fixed and she became loud, annoyed, and rude with me in front of my 5 year old. When I attempted to diffuse situation and ask for just a French she told me no she would just take the nails completely off and would not just remove the polish I was unhappy with. read more

I'll start by saying that most techs here are very lovely and does a great job, however with some recent services that I received by a certain tech have left me bewildered. I typically come here for a pedicure, and like I said, most ladies here do a fantastic job. My feet feel clean, nails look good, and the massage portion is excellent....depending on who servicing you. Some of my recent pedicure was from this specific tech, can't remember her name as of this moment but she had long whites dyed hair/hair tip. All out everyone that have given me a pedicure, she is absolutely the worse. I feel bad for saying so but the quality in service is too different to not say something. Her massage felt very lack luster more like she's tickling me, and now I don't expect massage parlor level job but a bit more effort would be nice. The pedicure would always felt rush and incomplete especially more so when the store is busier. Gave her a couple chances but every time the service was not on par with the others. definitely do not recommend her. Next time I'll just stick with my tried and true ladies. read more

I have been coming to this spot for many years and was so excited when the new ownership came and started doing acrylics. I've had them done here a couple times and my experiences have been great, but my last experience was so amazing I had to share. Hemmy (sorry if I spelled wrong!!) gave me this INCREDIBLE set of matte black stilettos with a cute little fern design and I'm obsessed. I can't stop staring at them, seriously. She also stayed past closing to finish them (they were busy when I arrived and took a few minutes to get to me) and did not make me feel rushed literally at all. She took her time and constantly checked in to make sure I was happy with things, and she spent a lot of time getting the shape exactly how I wanted. I am so glad I came by for this set and I look forward to returning with more fun designs!! read more

Everything was very clean. Very important to me. The person who helped me was nice but spoke no English. It was difficult to explain what I wanted. The atmosphere was nice. My cuticles should have been soaked and pushed back, not trimmed. It has been a while so I forgot to insist. They are a bit ragged now. Polish was applied unevenly so two nails were still very wet when the rest were dry. I think I will try them again and see how they do. Cleanliness is so important and they did that well. read more

The first time I came in, I was stressed with really bad anxiety, and the nail tech made me feel comfortable and gave me perfect pink nails. Unfortunately, my second visit was awful. During my pedicure, my foot slipped off the stand, and the nail tech looked like she was ready to kill me. If you misunderstand them, expect dirty looks. My manicure ended up with three obvious air bubbles. When checking out, I had to wait several minutes without anyone telling me the price. When I asked another tech twice because I couldn't hear her the first time, I was met with rudeness and a nasty glare. I even made a friendly comment about another customer's Diet Coke, saying I liked Coke too, and was told I'd have to pay for it--when I never asked for one. Both the customer and tech glared at me afterward. You could have had $150 of consistent business every two weeks, but because of the rudeness, I won't be coming back. read more

I felt very comfortable at Phoenix Nail Salon and was quite pleased with the pedicure and manicure I received from Wendy. It had been a LONG time since my last pedicure, and there were 2 layers of paint (from the original pedicure and from my attempt to "touch it up") and my feet looked pretty rough. Wendy was very patient with my jumpiness and spent considerable time addressing the calluses and other issues with my feet. The manicure that she gave me is fantastic, felt very spoiled by the neck and arm massage. I agree with Sonya that the space is really nice. There was no smell of acetone, it was extremely clean, and the staff were attentive to each of the clients. The owner, manager, and staff appeared to treat each other with as much courtesy and respect as they did the clients, this has not always been my experience at other nail salons.
