I'm absolutely in love with these nails! Every single nail has its own adorable little design, from the cute cats and spooky ghosts to the pumpkins, bows, and those tiny little eyes. The details are SO cute and carefully done, especially all the tiny dots, stars, blush, and little facial expressions. Everything looks so clean, delicate, and creative! I also love how every nail is different but they all still look so cohesive together. The sheer pink base makes the designs stand out beautifully while keeping the whole set soft and playful. You can really tell how much time and effort the nail artist put into every little detail. I honestly can't stop looking at them! One word to describe it: MARVELOUS. read more

I had an extremely disappointing experience here and would not return! I came in at the end of July for a $80 pedicure, specifically because I was leaving for a Florida vacation a day or two later and wanted my feet to look nice for my trip. From the beginning, the experience was awkward and disorganized. The first person working on me seemed unsure of what she was doing and then, partway through my pedicure, simply left. No one explained anything to me or even checked to see if I was okay. Eventually another person came over, worked on me for a while, and left as well. A third person ultimately finished the service. After all of that, the actual pedicure was terrible. I have photos from immediately afterward that show the quality of the work. I paid $80 and left feeling like I had received one of the worst pedicures I've ever had. When I got home, I called and spoke with a manager and sent her photos. Instead of simply acknowledging how poor the service had been, the conversation became argumentative. I asked for the pedicure to be redone, and she refused, saying they had already spent so much time on me. Much of that "time," however, was me sitting there waiting while different people came and went. What bothered me just as much was the way my complaint was handled. At one point I was told that the employees were trying to earn a living and support their families, which had absolutely nothing to do with whether I received the professional service I paid $80 for. I shouldn't have been made to feel guilty for complaining about genuinely poor work. Eventually the manager became much nicer and told me that because I was leaving town, I could call when I returned and she would redo the polish. I became sick after my trip and wasn't able to follow up immediately. When I did call a couple of weeks later, my calls were not returned. I gave them an opportunity to make this right before posting a review. They didn't. This wasn't simply a pedicure I didn't happen to like. It was a disorganized, uncomfortable experience, poor-quality work, and disappointing customer service afterward. For $80, I expected much better! #bbnailsandspa @bbnailsandspa read more

I came by for a spa pedicure without an appointment & had to wait a bit, which was no big deal for me. If you call ahead they can give you an expected wait-time, or make an appointment I over the phone or online(i think, upon checkout, there was some sort of loyalty/points sign-up to keep track of when & what you book) Although, they were busy, they were friendly -- my basic "french" white tips were done to my liking & have lasted weeks! I'll be back again for a manicure. read more

BB Nails is having a "soft" opening going on right now where you get 20% off all services so I went and got the fanciest pedicure service they had and some powder dipped acrylic nails (which I never do) and it was a luxurious pampered experience. They do offer drinks like a glass of wine, but I don't drink and unfortunately they didn't have any diet soda, so I just had water. That's probably my only feedback to them. Get some Cole zeros please. I think their basic services like mani pedi were about average in price, I really wish I would've taken a few snaps of the me u of sevices and costs. Maybe bext time if someone else doesn't do it. The pedi was about and hour, I didn't time it but it was so nice. It came with all these luxury treatments like wax and stone massage and it was a sensory experience. I took a photo of the beautiful spread they brought out for my feet. I almost thought they were bringing snacks and that would've been a pleasant surprise, as I was a lil hungry. The nails look amazing and they had these lovely fancy cards with a winter color scheme as well as Valentine and Cat Eye selections. The salon is beautiful and twice the size of most nail salons with a grey and white color scheme and gorgeous lighting. It was tastefully decorated and adds to the experience.I loved, loved, loved tha grey massage chairs that also included those air bags that massage your arms. I love that this place opened up in my neighborhood right on Fremont. The other salon nearby was always too packed and this one is more spacious and will allow for more people. As someone who enjoys the way a place looks and feels and the sensory experience, I liked it here. Def go check this place out if you are in the neighborhood. read more

BB Nails and Spa - My foot getting a pediure - Nail Salons Near Me - Portland, Oregon

I'm so happy this place opened. I live in the neighborhood and my former place had a change in management and it went downhill fast. Been looking for a new place and I loved it here. They play quiet music and there aren't tvs around so the environment is very peaceful and relaxing. It doesn't smell like harsh chemicals huge win. The technicians are friendly, they listen, and do a fantastic job. I've been twice so far and both time incredible nails. Also i got my gel nails before going camping and I do a lot with my hands day to day, here's a photo of them 3 almost 4 weeks later! I couldn't be happier to be a regular here read more

BB Nails and Spa - Gel Nails at the 3 weeks later mark. I've been off grid camping for a week and living life etc for 2 more weeks - Nail Salons Near Me - Portland, Oregon

Stopped in for a mani/pedi during the soft open. Staff were very friendly and service was fast. Pedicure chairs are top notch - massage, recline, comfy! Manicure tables face both directions and they offer nail drying at the station. Lots of color options ... no harsh chemical smells! Pleasant experience! read more

BB Nails and Spa - Cat eye manicure with hearts! - Nail Salons Near Me - Portland, Oregon

Relaxing atmosphere. Clean and pretty. My pedicure and manicure the best I've had ever

Relatively new nail salon in NE PDX. I had a builder gel manicure (my first) and it's been 4 weeks and the mani is still perfect. I'll be going back to get it done again! It's a little pricier than some other nail places but the results were good. read more

Beautiful new space on Fremont for nails! They spared no comfort here, massage chairs, beverages, and even a flat board to lay on my lap to work on my laptop while getting my pedicure. Had a perfect pedicure from Zuri with Shellac. Excellent service and surroundings. Will be coming back here! read more

Wonderful, clean local salon with great service and very friendly staff. I got a gel manicure that slightly chipped after a week, but I called them and they asked me to come right in and happily fixed it without a fee. I will definitely be going back and am so glad they are in the neighborhood! read more

Best pedi I've had in YEARS! This beautiful new spot on NE Fremont is really elegant. It's absolutely spotless, the massage chairs are extra luxe, it has lots of padding (sometimes I feel pummeled) and even has slots to massage your arms and hands. Everyone was really nice and warm. Zuri was gentle, and very precise. She did little things like make sure each nail was perfect and matched the other side, and giving two topcoats on the big toe. The massage was lengthy and and she used her hands as well as hot stones. Lovely! I had been looking for somewhere new, as my two former places both lapsed in their service. I like having the same person work on me instead of two or three like I've had in nearby salons. I'll definitely be coming back to BB! read more

BB Nails and Spa - Best pedi in years! - Nail Salons Near Me - Portland, Oregon

I'm so happy with my nails! (I get gel's). I've normally needed them redone before 2 weeks pass for one reason or another. I thought I would give BB's a try as they recently opened in my neighborhood. I am thrilled with the results! While my nails have grown my gels are perfectly in tact after nearly 3 weeks. Honestly, they are exactly as they were the day they were done with the exception of the new growth at the nail bed. I am a new and loyal customer! read more
