Honestly, if I could give all Sunrights 5 stars, I would! This is my favorite boba spot - my go to is the Sunright fruit tea with crystal boba (with no physical fruits- to save room for the boba). I love the convenience of self-ordering from a screen! The Pasadena location is slightly difficult to get to due to parking (old town Pasadena parking can be tough). But there's a parking structure not too far away that's free for first couple hours if you don't mind walking. If not try all of their other locations- definitely a must!! read more

I'm happy to see Sunright expanding and can't wait to see where they will expand. Ordering ahead is very easy and quick which I highly advised. These teas are made fresh on site and they are very addicting! This was my first time at Sunright. I've never been to their other locations. We went to their soft opening today and were very impressed. The staff were friendly and quick. Saw the excellent reviews on Yelp so had to check out this new boba shop. Seems like everyone loves their Sunright fruit tea so thats what I got. I like how you can customize sweetness and ice levels so I got 75% sweet with regular ice, also added jasmine tea jelly which I have never seen elsewhere. The drink was fantastic! You can really taste the fresh fruits and quality of the 4 seasons tea. The jasmine tea jelly was a surprise, it was really good, the consistency of grass jelly with a distinctive jasmine tea taste. I am going to go back probably tomorrow to try one of there milk teas. The hype is real guys. read more

Sunright is finally open! I have been walking past their coming soon window sign for months, so excited I can get their Jasmine milk tea with brown sugar boba so close to work. Their version of this drink is the best I have found, an excellent blend of bold jasmine tea and their housemilk plus warm sweetened boba with a hint of brown sugar makes me a happy camper. I love how you can customize sweetness, ice levels and type of milk. They have almond, organic and oat milk options but I enjoy their housemilk the most, it is a mix of non dairy creamer and condensed milk. I am not embarrassed to admit I have been here almost everyday since they opened a week ago...yes it really is that good. read more

The first wrong thing that happened was one of our drinks was dropped and some of it spilled (accidents happen) the problem came when instead of making a new drink the male barista put it in a new cup and there was a significantly less amount of it. The second problem was his LACK of hospitality and LACK of knowledge of the menu. I requested if he could make the Oreo kids drink an ice blended one because that's what the menu said and that's what my sister enjoys. Instead of fulfilling my request, he preferred to argue with me about it not being ice blended. I proceeded to show him the menu and indeed it said "lightly ice blended" I would have paid for the difference for a FULL ice blend but he did not give me that option. So instead he added more ice and didn't compensate for how watered down it would be and didn't make it sweet enough, so my sister didn't enjoy her kids drink. Ok, I admit I may have a boba problem, I drink it way too often and most the time I get drinks from Sunright. I could drink their Sunright fruit tea with honey boba everyday, no joke. It is the perfect blend of tea, fresh fruits and deliciously chewy boba. Lately it has been finally cooling down so I have been gravitating towards their Matcha series of drinks, you can taste the quality in the Matcha and paired with their warm brown sugar boba its a homerun. This new location has a great spot on Colorado. Surprisingly it wasn't crowded when i went in over the weekend but they had just opened so I'm sure its just a matter of time before the word gets out that Sunright is in the neighborhood. Sunright just opened up in Pasadena and its a welcome addition to the neighborhood. My husband and I are big fans of their Ceylon milk tea, we both get it at 0% sugar since we don't like sweets. There is a slight subtle sweetness from the housemilk so for us it's perfect. The tea flavor shines through and it gives the caffeine I need without feeling jittery. It was another beautiful warm December day in socal so I decided to treat myself to a mango frostie with jasmine tea jelly while shoppimg in old town pasadena. This sunright location is brand new but staff were friendly and my drink came out quickly. I enjoy all of sunright's fruit choices as they are all made with fresh seasonal fruits, none of that syrupy stuff. have heard lots of hype about sunright and after going I can understand why it is a crowd pleaser. ordering screens are very convenient and provide informative descriptions about each drink. the drink selection is impressive, there is something for every kind of drink enjoyer here. hoping to revisit to try more of their menu it is very enticing. boyfriend got the most popular milk tea and it wasn't mind blowing but a very solid yummy milk tea. boba was a good firmness and sweetness. I got the mango fruit tea which was also basic tasting but equally solid. drink wasn't purely ice unlike other tea spots. we left satisfied, I would agree that this a reliable tea spot. read more

I think I've found my new go-to boba place. Stopped by after a visit to the Apple store. It was before noon on a Wednesday so there weren't many people. I got the Sunright boba milk tea with 50% sugar and added pudding. The drink was pretty good and the sweetness level was just perfect. The girl who helped didn't hear my order correctly the first time as the music was a teensy bit loud (my only criticism) in addition to us both wearing masks and having the plexiglass barrier between us. If you order extra creme brulee topping (pay extra $1 for that), please check your tea carefully or at least ask the staff to make sure they add the creme brulee into the tea. This shop just opened and I stopped for a drink after visiting Apple next door. I got my usual Sunright fruit tea made with fresh fruits and topped it off with cheesefoam. Was surprised to see a new Sunright in pasadena, they are really popping up everywhere, sunright domination... Apparently they just opened yesterday. I ordered a grapefruit jasmine with jasmine tea jelly and it was really refreshing, it did take a while to come out but I am sure they have kinks to work out during their soft opening. I will say that the store design is pretty cool and staff were all very friendly. I will be back the next time I am on colorado. read more

Dropped in for their soft opening while I was doing some shopping in Old Town. Sunright is opening up everywhere but thats a good thing as I really enjoy their milk teas. I ordered a Oolong milk tea with honey boba and its always a good thing when you can adjust sweetness levels, this time I opted to substitute honey for sugar and it came out delicious. Their boba is served warm and is just the right chewiness and sweetness to my liking. I definitely recommend checking this location out. read more
