I had such a wonderful experience with this auto shop. I bought a car and ran into an issue a few…read moreweeks later. Thankfully, the warranty covered the repairs (minus the deductible), so my main concern was finding an honest and reliable mechanic - and I absolutely did. From the start, Mahmoud was incredibly communicative, calling me every day with updates (even if the update was there wasn't an update)! That level of consistency really stood out. He took the time to clearly explain what the issue was, what needed to be repaired, and how they planned to fix it, which gave me a lot of confidence. There were a few administrative steps that had to be approved before the car could be repaired, including an inspection to verify the work. Throughout the process, everything was handled professionally and transparently. At one point, an additional repair was recommended. There was absolutely no pressure, just a very fair quote, a clear explanation, and the space for me to decide what I wanted to do. The work itself was impeccable. Communication was clear, the pricing was fair, and the entire experience was smooth and reassuring. On top of that, Mahmoud is just a genuinely kind and trustworthy person. I'm so grateful I found this shop and highly recommend them.

Unbelievable but a fact. I knew that my roof was broken as while trying to open it I forced it and heard a clicking sound that definitely sounded like breaking . Turns out the fella that was the mechanic that worked on my car specializes in German/european cars and knows these Porsches and their issues by heart .He knew exactly the source of the problem as it turns out to be common issue as these Porsche boxters age . Long story short . within the 3 1/2 hours of time that the car was at that shop they were able to source out the part that was broken, replace it, the entire convertible retracting mechanism was not only working but tuned to perfection working a smooth as it did 30 years ago. Completely unexpected from my shop that I pulled in to to ask for tools too force the roof shot. In addition he had looked at all things like filters liquids and levels, brakes etc. and it turned out that my brake lights were not working either. Happy but anticipating a hefty bill can only tell you that the biggest surprise of the day was the final bill . I WOULD NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO GET AN OIL CHANGE ESLWHERE FOR THE PRICE THAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE ENTIRE WORK . Their prices are so good that I already have set an appointment to come back for some performens upgrades to be done to the car . Upgrading the exhaust system , along with a new K&N filter going in to add some kick to my 30 year old beast ! Definetly referring with confidence . Great knowledge and great service with great honest prices is something that's not easy To find in one place especially The way I found them,so unexpectedly ! P.s they are on the corner r of Reese and Magnolia in Burbank
