Two friends recommended the shop to me. They took the time to go through my car and found a few issues that the dealership had not caught 3 weeks prior, one of which they absolutely should have. They had to replace a critical part in my car. It took them about a week to get the part as Fiat parts are hard to come by, but were able to schedule me the next business day after the part arrived and repaired it in one day. The estimate was almost correct on replacement of the part & labor, but they found something damaged by the original issue and replaced it, and they had called me to tell me they did it (I authorized any cleanup of parts). They never tried to sell me on extra services, and showed photo proof of every issue the car had had in their inspection report.
