I was informed that I would be called to schedule when the work would begin and that the trees would be identified for the crew. Problem #1: Trees were never identified for the crew; work is done that is not part of the quote. Problem #2: Crew showed up unannounced on two consecutive days. Problem #3: Because the proper work was not done ahead of time work was done that was not part what was agreed upon and the owner (Cody) starts bellyaching about losing money. The owner also complained about the amount of overhead he has which had nothing to do with the work he was hired to do. Problem #4: Owner decided to get paid for what had been completed and walk away from the remainder of the job. CNC Tree Service came recommended by someone else in my neighborhood so I thought finally a reputable tree service. How wrong I was . . . not even close to being reputable.

It was so bad that I had to have it removed completely. Hometown said they would do this for free...well guess what...they never showed up and I finally had to have it removed by someone else. Both company trucks reached a maximum speed that was so fast that my dog and I had to jump on the grass when they were driving past us.
