He runs all aspects of the business so make sure you exercise patience with scheduling and communication. He is extremely thorough, but he might not be able to quickly respond since he could, quite literally, be out on a limb. Adam is trustworthy, straightforward and genuinely kind. He is passionate about his work and does a great job of explaining the "why's" and "how's" of the proper way to handle the job while taking care of the environment. He was the only quote we received and I felt very comfortable moving forward without shopping competition for a competitors quote. That's because his price was extremely fair and I had confidence in his work after interacting with him directly. We had a 30 foot tree taken down in our backyard and significant pruning done in our front yard. The job site was left immaculate afterwards. They came back and picked up one leaf that had fallen on the porch. Talk about attention to detail. Tonya kept in touch with scheduling after accepting the quote and shared their business license and insurance. On the day of work, it was great to have David lead the project work. He knew exactly what needed to be done and was respectful to conflicts on my personal calendar during the day. The crew showed up around 12pm and were done around 3:30pm.
