I think their frame prices are fair and their selection is great. When I inquired about prescription sun glasses, they said that they are expensive so I should consider Maui Jim sunglasses with readers instead, to save a few bucks. (I didn't even know they existed). I can stop by the office when they are open and drop off my glasses (even if they are sometimes in pieces), and they are fixed (or put back together) in a jiffy. When I selected the basic lenses, they said I didn't want those (then why even offer them?). I never really understood what I was getting or paying. I didn't even see an itemized receipt until I picked up my glasses ($275 for lenses, oof). It all felt rushed, opaque and like I was getting up-sold at a car dealership. If they would be more clear and transparent about lense options and costs (maybe put it all on a flyer you can hand to the customer), this place would be an easy five-star review.
