The week of Christmas I was told they had come in. When I tried them on the prescription was wrong, which the manager agreed it had been wrongly inputted and they would have to be ordered again. Today, 1/11/2023 they still do not have my lenses and I have asked to have my order canceled and take my prescription elsewhere to be completed. They refused stating they have a no return policy. They also said I would have my lenses by now and I don't. The eye doctor was good however.

Everyone is required to wear a mask, customers that are coming in are temperature checked, they have social distancing in place with chairs taped off so that everyone is sitting a good distance apart. Everything seems to be cleaned well and when you try a frame in that you are not taking --you put it in a bin that needs to be re-cleaned. So-- I felt very comfortable as far as the precautions went. Staff was very helpful and kind. Once again I feel like these glasses are a good deal for two pairs of glasses. My total came to 99.99 that is with a bifocal lens that is lined. And nothing else extra. So $50 per glasses is pretty good for some knock around every day glasses at a reasonable price - this is your place. They will try to talk you into different lens options or frame options to increase your purchase. 7/17/2020 Your eye exam is included with the purchase. I find that nice, but I do suggest going to s separate eye doctor now and then for a comprehensive and extensive exam. I've always had nice service and had good luck with the glasses I have gotten. When I went to pick it up the second time, IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE AGAIN. Clearly they don't know what they're doing. They could have at least checked the lens size before calling me TWICE and telling me the lens was ready to pick up. I will never order glasses there again.

However, the lab they use to put in the prescription lenses is terrible. I had a very special, unique frame that I only wanted lenses for. This lab was careless and broke my frames! I did not find out about this until two weeks after my eye appointment. So I was forced to buy new frames. I did get the new lenses free and a reduced price on the frames due to the lab's error. However another two weeks have passed and I still do not have my new glasses (after a "rush" was put on it) and I am still stuck wearing my computer glasses. My prescription changed, so I went back to order glasses. First, I got a notification that my glasses were in, and I went to the store, and nobody could find them. They told me that they would look for them and call me. Never called, so I went back, and they said they did not find them and that they would re order them. That was 2 weeks ago. I still do not have my glasses. It's never taken a month to get my glasses. I feel Stanton Optical is not reliable enough for orders or communication. Maybe if we paid for the product at pickup instead of at order, they would take the title more professional. I do not recommend them if you need your glasses in a timely manner.
