They did it to me on a pair of glasses and it ended up costing me nearly $200 more than they said. They also do not check whether you are eligible for an eye exam as they did with my wife last year. She was about 3 weeks early, they did the exam, charged the deductible then billed me for the balance AFTER THE FACT. Another $85 that I was not expecting to pay. This year we will use another provider and all years going forward.

I knew I was probably out of luck, but I called anyway, wondering if they thought they might be able to repair the damaged glasses. They have the coolest frames along with a great staff. I have seen both doctors and they are both patient and down to earth. I have an unusual prescription but they had no problem taking time with me to get it right. They also have great kids glasses, my kids don't need glasses but if they did I would get them here! I also ride a Harley and have a great pair of sunglasses for the bike from them. I like the ones that wrap around your face. I have had problems with blurriness in my side vision when getting the wrapped ones from other places, but my new ones have awesome clarity. I would recommend everyone to at least visit them!
